Open the battery compartment cover on the back. Insert two AAA batteries according to the polarity markings (+/-). Close the cover securely.

What should I do if the display shows 'EE' or an error code?

Error codes may indicate improper cuff placement or movement. Ensure the cuff is correctly positioned at heart level, remain still, and retake the measurement. If the error persists, replace batteries.

How do I switch between two users?

Press the 'User' button to toggle between User 1 and User 2. The selected user indicator will appear on the display. Each user has their own memory bank for 60 readings.

What is the correct way to apply the cuff?

Wrap the cuff around your bare upper arm, about 2-3 cm above the elbow. The tube should be aligned with the center of your arm. Tighten the cuff so it fits snugly but not too tight.

How can I view the average of my last three readings?

After taking a measurement, press the 'Average' button or wait for the display to show 'Averaging'. The device will calculate and show the average of the last three stored readings.

Why does the device turn off automatically?

The device has an auto shut-off function to conserve battery. It will turn off automatically after approximately 1 minute of non-use. Press the 'Start/Stop' button to turn it back on.

How do I clean the Sensiplast monitor?

Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the monitor and cuff. Do not use any liquid cleaners or immerse the device in water. Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight.

What does the irregular heartbeat indicator mean?

The irregular heartbeat symbol (often a heart with a wavy line) appears if the device detects an arrhythmia during measurement. It is not a diagnosis; consult your doctor if you frequently see this indicator.

Can I use the device on my wrist?

No, this model is designed for upper arm measurement only. The included cuff is specifically sized for arm circumference of 22-32 cm. Using it elsewhere may yield inaccurate results.

WARNING! Ensure that the gel foot cushion fits snugly but is not too tight. Ensure that the blood circulation to the toes is not affected. Pull the gel foot cushion over the foot as shown.

Cleaning and Care

• The gel foot cushion should be thoroughly washed before its first use in the laundry bag provided.
• It is advisable to carry out a further wash after 2 or 3 times of use.
  • After washing the gel foot cushion, ensure that is rinsed thoroughly.
• Wash with similar colours only.
