1. Wash the container in water and clean the lid with a damp cloth; dry all completely.

2. Place the food into the container and leave at least 2cm room between the food and the top edge of the container, Clean the top edge of the container again and the underside of the lid and the seal of the container lid, then place the container lid on the container.

3. Take the vacuum and insert the end of it into the air extraction opening of the appliance and the other end on the lid middle area to cover the silicone valve. See Fig 1.0

4. Close the appliance lid.

5. Press the Canister button on the appliance, the vacuum process begins. To make sure that no air can enter between the container and the lid, press down on the lid with your hand during vacuuming. The appliance switches off automatically once the required vacuum has been reached.

6. Gently pull out the air extraction hose from the lid.

8. If need to release the air and open the container lid, just use one finger to push aside the silicone valve. See Fig 3.0

CLEANING GLASS CONTAINERS

1. You can clean the containers in warm washing up water or in a dishwasher. Thoroughly dry the items after cleaning.
