Product description

The disc-brake lock is made of durable aluminium alloy, and can be used to protect any scooters or lightweight electric vehicles equipped with a disc brake against theft. In addition to locking the brake disc, it is possible to fasten the vehicle to any stand, handrail, bracket, or pillar, using the supplied security wire.

Installation

A. Lock-handle installation,

The lock handle can be attached to the vertical handlebar stem of an electric scooter, as shown on figure 1. Use a suitable wrench to unloose one of the screws on the stem, then install the lock handle and tighten the screw and screw washer. See figure 1.

B. Applying the disc-brake lock

Open the lock with the key (clockwise), using the supplied wire, attach the vehicle to a stand or other fixed component; insert both ends of the wire into the lock body, put the lock on the brake disc and press the key (counter-clockwise) to secure the lock; the "click" sound indicates correct locking. Take the key out of the lock.
