i Congratulations on your new product. You have selected a high quality product. The assembly and operating instructions are part of this product. Before you start the installation, please read through all of these instructions and take note of the advice they contain. These instructions contain important information about installation, settings and product care. Keep these instructions safe and if you pass on the product to anyone else please pass on the documentation as well.

- Intended use

The product is only intended for installation on shower hoses attached to taps for baths and showers. Any use other than that described above or modification to the product is not permitted and may lead to damage. There is also the risk of injury and loss of life. The product is for private use only and is not intended for medical or commercial use. The manufacturer does not accept any liability for any damage caused by improper use.

●Assembly

Note: Familiarise yourself with the product prior to assembly. Carefully read the following assembly instructions and safety advice. In the event of incorrect installation, all warranty claims - particularly in relation to subsequent damage - are excluded.

Please ensure that the stopcock for the tap is turned off. ATTENTION when working on hand showers that already have a water stop function.

Otherwise there is a danger of injury and/or damage to objects.

Follow these steps: □ Unscrew your existing hand shower head 1 from your shower hose 3. □ Check the seal in the connection piece of your shower hose 3 for leaks and if necessary replace it with the seal 2 supplied. □ Now screw the hand shower head 1 to your shower hose 3.

-Start-up

■ After the initial installation, carefully check all connections for leaks.

Operation

Your new hand shower head 1 is fitted with an LED lamp. The colour change tasks place automatically, depending on the selected water temperature, using an integrated temperature probe: approx. <30 °C blue / approx. 30–39 °C green / approx. >39 °C red

The LED lighting takes place using an integrated turbine (without batteries). Your new hand shower head 1 is equipped with two water jet variations (see Fig. B).

To change the water jet type, follow these steps:

☐ Adjust to the desired water temperature and desired water pressure using your tap, and turn the water jet ring 4 of the hand shower head 1. Note: It is advisable, not to adjust the massage jet too very powerful when showering delicate parts of the body.

● Maintenance and Cleaning

Please note that chromed surfaces require special care and attention. Therefore, please follow the instructions:

- When cleaning, never use petrol, solvents, aggressive cleansers or hard cleaning brushes etc. These could damage the surface of the product. - Dry your shower head with a cloth after every use in order to avoid the possible build-up of limescale. - Clean the product with a damp, soft cloth and a mild cleaning agent if required. - Regularly move the anti-limescale soft jets and in doing so remove any limescale deposits. - It must be expected that non-observance of the above care advice will result in damage to the surfaces of the product. In this event your rights under the warranty may be invalidated.

- Disposal

The packaging is made of environmentally friendly materials, which may be disposed through your local recycling facilities.

Contact your local refuse disposal authority for more details of how to dispose of your worn-out product.

● Guarantee and Service

The warranty period is three years and begins on the day of purchase. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.

During the warranty period defective hand shower sets can, after contact with the service, be sent to the Service address given with the carriage costs charged forward. You will then receive a new one or a repaired unit free of charge. After the warranty period has expired, you can similarly send the defective product for repair to the address given. Repairs made after expiration of warranty are subject to a fee.
