BEFORE FIRST USE

  1. Remove all the cardboards, papers, foils which secure the appliance and its parts. It is recommended to turn on the device first to "burn it out". Keep the appliance operating for a few minutes to get rid of manufacturing odour. The device could emit some smoke. That's normal.
  2. Clean the device with the suggestions mentioned in the chapter CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE.

USING THE DEVICE

Prepare all ingredients.

  1. Connect the device to the mains. Power indicator and thermostat indicator will light up. Device will start to heat up.
  2. When thermostat indicator will go off, appliance reaches high temperature and it is ready to work
  3. Place the ingredients evenly over the bottom heating plate.
  4. Close the lid
  5. During operation the thermostat control light will light up and down. Thermostat will keep the optimal temperature.
  6. The cooking time is usually from 5 to 15 minutes, depends on the ingredients used and the taste preferences.

ATTENTION: During cooking, some steam can go out from under the lid.

  1. To take prepared food out, open the lid and use plastic or wooden utensils.
  2. Before the next batch, close the lid and wait until the plates accumulate temperature, until the thermostat control light goes off.
  3. After use, disconnect the plug and let the device cool down.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

  1. Before cleaning, disconnect the plug from the mains and wait until the device cools down.
  2. Clean with a damp cloth, then dry with a dry cloth or paper towel.
  3. To clean stubborn remains, spread a small amount of cooking oil, and after a few minutes, gently remove it with a wooden spatula.
  4. Do not clean the heating plates with sharp, abrasive cloths or sponges, or use scouring powder because they can damage the smooth non-stick coating of the plates.
  5. Do not immerse device in water.
