IMPORTANT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS:
- Use the unit only as described in this operating manual.
- Remove all the covering and marketing materials from the unit before the first use.
- Make sure the mains voltage corresponds to the values stated on the product's rating plate.
- Never pull the cord to disconnect the plug from the socket; hold the plug instead.
- The appliance is not intended for and should not be accessible to children or people with reduced capabilities.
- Persons with limited movement capacity, reduced sensory perception, insufficient mental capacity or those who are unaware of the proper handling should use the product only under the supervision of a responsible, aware person.
- Pay the utmost attention when using the unit close to children.
- Do not use the appliance as a toy.
- Turn the unit off, disconnect the power cord from the wall outlet, and allow the unit to cool before cleaning.
- Do not let the power cord hang loosely over the edge of a table. Make sure the power cord does not touch hot surfaces.
- The unit may only be installed on a stable surface resistant to high temperature, away from other heat sources, such as heating bodies, ovens, etc. Do not expose the unit to direct sunlight or moisture.
- Do not use the unit if it does not operate properly, if it has been dropped, damaged or exposed to any liquids. Take the unit to an authorised service centre for testing and repair.
- Never use the appliance if the supply cord or plug is damaged. Immediately refer to an authorised service centre for repair.
- The unit is not designed for outdoor use.
- The appliance is intended for domestic use only, not for commercial use.
- Do not immerse the power cord, plug, or appliance in water or any other liquid.
- Do not try to repair the appliance; instead, refer to an authorised service centre.
Failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions invalidates the warranty.

The coffee bean container (2) and ground coffee container (5) also function as the appliance's safety elements. If either of the containers is not installed properly, the appliance will not start.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS:
- With the appliance turned off, turn the coffee bean container (2) to select the desired fineness of the grind.
Recommended settings for selected types of coffee:

- Fill the coffee bean container (2) with the desired quantity of coffee beans and close the lid (1).
Note:
When completely filled, the container contains approximately 250 g.
- Select the required grinding time using the knob (8). Check whether the grinding time is sufficient for the desired quantity of coffee.
- Make sure that the ground coffee container (5) is correctly fitted and turn on the appliance using the switch (9). Press the Start/Stop button to start the grinding process.
IMPORTANT!
- Do not fill the coffee container if it is not properly installed.
- The fineness of the grind is always set before the container is filled.
- Do not remove the container when the appliance is in operation.
- Before removing the container and the grinding segment for cleaning, always turn the container so that the indicator shows „0“. After washing, always put the container back in its place.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
WARNING!
Before cleaning the unit, always disconnect the power cord from the wall outlet!
Do not wash any of the parts of the appliance in the dishwasher.
The surface of the unit may only be cleaned using a wet cloth. Do not use any detergents or hard objects, as they may damage the unit's surface!
Use only a dry cloth to clean the coffee bean and the ground coffee containers and the grinding segment.
Never clean the unit under running water, do not rinse it, and do not submerge it in water!

REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE
Any extensive maintenance or repair requiring access to the internal parts of the product shall be performed by an authorized service center.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
- Packaging materials and obsolete appliances should be recycled.
• The transport box may be disposed of as sorted waste. - Polyethylene (PE) bags shall be handed over for recycling.
