Electric Scooter Usage, Storage, and Safety Guide
The battery of the electric scooter is built-in and should be stored within the temperature and humidity range specified in the product specifications; otherwise, it may lead to performance degradation, leakage, or rust.
It is recommended to store the electric scooter at room temperature (below 20°C), in a dry environment with humidity below 60%, dust free and free from corrosive gases. The battery charge level should be maintained between 30%-50%. It storing for an extended period, check the battery every 6 months and recharge if the charge falls below 30%. High valtages storage accelerates battery performance degradation. The battery operates through chemical reactions, so even under standard storage and usage conditions, its performance will naturally degrade over time. Because the battery relies on chemical processes, its capacity will gradually decline even when not in use for long periods.
If battery operating conditions (such as charging/discharging, ambient temperature) are not kept within specified limits, its lifespan may be shortened, and equipment damage could occur due to electrical leakage.
If the battery fails to hold a charge even after proper charging, and since the battery is built-in, this may indicate that professional inspection or replacement is required.
