The USB dongle for the MSI Forge K210 is a proprietary wireless receiver paired specifically to your keyboard, so standard USB receivers from other brands will not work as a replacement.

To get a replacement dongle, your best option is to contact MSI customer support directly. They can check whether a replacement is available for your model and advise on the process. You can reach them through the MSI website under the Support section.

If your keyboard is still under warranty, mention this when contacting MSI, as a faulty dongle may be covered.
