GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read the operating instructions carefully before putting the appliance into operation and keep the instructions for future reference.

BEFORE CONNECTING TO POWER
- Before connecting to the power, please check whether the type of supply and the mains voltage match with the details given on the rating label on the appliance.

USING THE MACHINE
- Press Locking knob (B) down to lift the arm.
- Lock Bowl Lid(F) into the arm, then insert the whisk (G) or Beater (H) or Hook (I) into outlet(E) (as pic A) till “click” sound (as pic B) to ensure the accessory is inserted well.

Click Pic.B- Insert mixing bowl (D) into the housing and turn the bowl until it locks into place.
- Fill your ingredients into mixing bowl (D). Must follow the max. weight / time for each accessory. Cannot over fill ingredients and over time use, or the machine will be destroyed or its performance is not good.
- Press Locking knob (B) down again and in the same time press down the arm for lock.
- Plug in then turn Speeds Selector(C) to start the machine and set the right speed.
Follow speeds of each accessory as manual suggested.
- After usage, turn the Speeds Selector(C) back to the "0" to stop machine. Then remove the plug. Press Locking knob (B) again for taking off the accessory.
CHOOSING THE RIGHT ACCESSORY
SPEED CONTROLS

Crochet Vitesse 1-6

This machine has "0-16 speed", "0", "P" controls.
(0-16 variable speed controls): from Min speed to Max speed
("0" level): OFF, stop the machine
("P" mode level): Pulse function
After install the accessory you need, before plug in, make sure the knob is switched to "0" level. Then turn the knob to the speed you need.
"0-16 speed" function:
Slow speed: turn the knob to the beginning.
Fast speed: turn the knob till the end.
WARNING:
If using Hook (I), the selected speed cannot more than speed 6. If using Beater (H), the selected speed cannot more than speed 14.
If using Whisk (G), recommend using the speed 12-16.
"Pulse" function:
Turn the knob anticlockwise to "P", the machine will start to work under max speed. Once loosen your hand, the knob will turn back to "0" position automatically and stop the machine.

BASIC RECIPES TIPS:
Whipped Cream
- 220ml cold heavy whipping cream
• 40g (2 tbsp) sugar, honey, or maple syrup - 2.5 g (½ tsp) vanilla or other flavorings
Cool mixer bowl and whisks in the freezer for at least 20 minutes.
Place all Ingredients into the bowl.
Keep whisking until stiff peaks form with max speeds
Basic Sponge Cake
• 4 eggs (room temperature)
- 225 g caster sugar
• 225 g self-raising flour
• 10 g (2 tsp) baking powder
• 225 g baking spread, margarine or soft butter at room temperature.
Mix eggs, caster sugar, baking powder and baking spread together with slow speed.
Add the flour into the mixture and beat it until the flour is fully incorporated
with slow speed till to Hook Max Speeds.
Basic Pizza Dough
• 200 ml lukewarm water
• 14 g yeast
• 5 g (1 tsp) salt
• 300 g flour
- Splash of extra virgin olive oil
Place all Ingredients into the bowl and knead them at low speed together.
Keep kneading until the flour is fully incorporated with slow speed till to Hook Max Speeds.
CLEANING
WARNING: Risk of injury:
Unplug the power cable before touching the mixer or other accessories. Otherwise, it could result in injury.
Always unplug the power cable from the wall socket before cleaning the robot.
Do not immerse the robot in water. The outer surface of the appliance should only be cleaned with a soft, moist cloth.
NOTE: Do not use abrasive cleaning products or scour pads when cleaning your robot. Never immerse the robot is case in water or any other liquid.
Remove the mixing bowl, the flat mixer, the whisk, the kneading hook before washing them.
Wash all accessories by hand with clear water with washing-up liquid. Rinse and dry thoroughly before reassembling.
Accessories and bowl should be washed immediately after use to prevent food from drying on.
Before first use, clean the bowl and all accessories with clear water with dishwashing liquid. Rinse and let dry.
