This symbol indicates that waste electrical and electronic equipment (including batteries and storage cells) cannot be disposed of with other types of waste. Waste equipment should be collected and handed over separately to a collection point for recycling and recovery, in order to reduce the amount of waste and the use of natural resources. Uncontrolled release of hazardous components contained in electrical and electronic equipment may pose a risk to human health and have adverse effects for the environment. The household plays an important role in contributing to reuse and recovery, including recycling of waste equipment. For more information about the appropriate recycling methods, contact your local authority or retailer.
CHARAKTERYSTYKA WYROBU

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Irresponsible use of equipment can cause fire, therefore exercise caution when using the equipment in areas where combustible materials are present; do not direct a stream of hot air at the same spot for an extended period of time; do not use the equipment in an explosive atmosphere; be aware that heat may be transferred to combustible materials out of sight; place the equipment on its stand after use and leave it to cool down before storage; do not leave the equipment unattended when switched on. Before starting work, make sure that the housing and the power cord and plug are not damaged. In case of damage, do not proceed with work. This device must not be used by children. Children should not play with the device. Children left unattended should not be allowed to perform the cleaning and maintenance of the device. This device may be used by persons with reduced physical, mental abilities and persons with no experience or knowledge of the device, if supervised or instructed on its safe use so that the risks associated with it are understood. The device is not designed to operate in high humidity conditions. The temperature at the place of the device's use must be within the range of +10 °C ÷ +38 °C, and the relative humidity must be below 70% without condensation. Do not expose the device to precipitation. Before connecting the device to the power supply, make sure that the voltage, frequency and performance of the power supply correspond to the values shown on the device's rating plate. The plug must fit into the socket. It is forbidden to modify the plug or socket in any manner to make them fit. The device must be connected directly to a single power supply socket. It is forbidden to use extension cords, adapters or double sockets. The mains circuit must be equipped with a 16 A protection. Avoid

contact between the power cord and sharp edges and hot objects and surfaces. During operation, the power cord must always be fully extended and the position of the power cord must be set so that it does not become an obstacle during operation. The power cord should not be placed in a manner which would pose a risk of tripping. The power supply socket should be located in a place where it is always possible to quickly remove the device power cord plug. Always pull the power cord by the plug housing when unplugging it, never by the cord. If the power cord or the plug is damaged, immediately disconnect it from the power supply and contact an authorised service centre of the manufacturer for replacement. Do not use the product with a damaged power cord or plug. The power cord or plug cannot be repaired and must be replaced with a new one that is free of defects if these components are damaged. WARNING! The metal components of the device can be hot during and immediately after use. Do not touch them, as it may cause severe burns. Allow the device components to cool down. Use gloves which protect against high temperatures if you need to move these components before they cool down. Make sure that the floor near the place of use of the appliance is not slippery. This will prevent slipping, which can cause serious injuries. Never block or restrict the throughput of the heat gun's air inlet openings. Never point the device at people or animals. Do not check the blowing temperature by directing the air stream towards any part of the body. Never use the device as a hair dryer. Do not use the device in the bathroom or near water. Do not touch the outlet end of the heat gun, as this may cause burns. After use, allow the tool to cool down before storing. If the device is not equipped with a special function for cooling the components which have been heated after use, do not in any way accelerate the process of self-cooling of the device's components.
APPLIANCE OPERATION
Installation of equipment components
CAUTION! Only install the accessories when the supply voltage is disconnected. Pull the power cord plug out of the socket!
Before installing and removing the nozzle attachment, make sure that all parts have cooled down.
If the heat gun is equipped with accessories, these can be mounted by placing them on the device's nozzle tip.
Starting and stopping the device
Switch the lamp on by moving the switch to the "l" position.
Further switching to the positions marked "II", "III", etc., depending on the model, increases the speed and/or airflow temperature or activates additional operating modes.
The device is switched off when the switch is set to the "0" position. The sound of a running fan will no longer be audible. Leave the heat gun to cool down. Safely place the heat gun on the back wall with the nozzle facing upwards.
EXAMPLES OF HEAT GUN APPLICATIONS
Removing old paint and varnish
Thanks to the hot air stream, the heat gun makes it easy to remove thick layers of oil and epoxy paints from doors, windows, floors, wainscoting, furniture, etc. Use a spatula or scraper to remove hot paint coatings.
Drying
The heat gun also enables quick drying of binders and car body fillers, drying of paint samples, building connections before the application of soundproofing - sealing materials, drying of joints and slots in boatbuilding, drying of polyester putty.
MAINTENANCE AND OVERHAUL
ATTENTION! Before any adjustment, technical service or maintenance operations unplug the tool. Once the operations have been finished, the technical conditions of the tool must be assessed by means of external evaluation and inspection of the following elements: body and handle, conductor with a plug and deflection, functioning of the electric switch, patency of ventilation slots, sparking of brushes, noise level of functioning of bearings and gears, start-up and smoothness of operation. During the guarantee period, the user cannot dismantle the electric tools or change any sub-assemblies or elements, since it will cancel any guarantee rights. All irregularities detected at overhaul or during functioning of the tools are a signal to have the tool repaired at a service shop. Once the functioning has been concluded, the casing, ventilation slots, switches, additional handle and protections must be cleansed with a stream of air (at a pressure not exceeding 0.3 MPa), with a brush or a cloth without any chemical substances or cleaning liquids. Tools and handles must be cleansed with a clean cloth.
