Before using the device, please read and observe the following considerations to ensure the best performance of the device and avoid dangerous or illegal situations.
Safety & Security Information
- Please use the device within a temperature range of 0^ C\~+35°C and store the device and its accessories within a temperature range of -10^ C\~+50°C. Extremely high or low temperatures may cause malfunction of the device. The performance of battery may compromise when temperature is lower than 5°C.
- When charging, please keep the device in a well-ventilated area. Please charge this device in an environment between 5°C and 35°C. If the product has a flash charging function, it may not be able to enter the flash charging mode when the temperature is below 15°C or over 35°C.
- Do not charge the battery over 12 hours.
- The adapter, as the disconnect device from the mains, shall be installed near the device and easily accessible.
- Use manufacturer-approved chargers, data cables, batteries and other accessories to prevent potential electric shock, fire, explosion or other hazards.
- Do not replace, disassemble, modify, mechanically crush or cut the battery, as it may cause battery leakage, overheating, explosion or fire.
- Do not place the device or battery directly in sunlight, near/inside sources of heat or in a low air pressure location, which may lead to an explosion or battery leakage.
- The battery can be charged and discharged hundreds of times at least, but it will eventually wear out.

The battery must be recycled or disposed of separately from household waste. Mishandling the battery may cause fire or explosion.

To prevent damage to your device's parts or internal circuits, do not use it in dusty, smoky, damp or dirty environments or near magnetic fields.
- If any part of the product is cracked or damaged, discontinue use immediately and contact our Service Center.
- To prevent hearing damage by high sound pressure, do not listen at high volume levels for long periods.
- Listening to a portable device at high volume may damage the user's ears and cause auditory disorders (temporary or permanent deafness, buzzing in the ears, tinnitus or hyperacusis).
It is therefore strongly recommended not to use the portable device at full volume or more than one hour a day at medium volume. - Power off your device in any area with a potentially explosive atmosphere, in blasting areas/near blasting caps and comply with all signs and instructions.
- Observe all safety instructions for any places, especially in hospital/health care facilities, service stations, schools, professional garages and in an aircraft.
- Do not use your device and adhere to all safety warnings/regulations regarding mobile device usage while driving.
- Do not leave your device and its accessories within the reach of small children or allow them to play with it. They could hurt themselves or others, or may accidentally damage the device.
- Your device contains small parts with sharp edges that may cause an injury or which could become detached and create a choking hazard. Children and Minors should use the device under the supervision of a guardian to prevent swallowing.
- Some of the components included in the wireless headset and charging case generate electromagnetic fields. The wireless headset and charging case themselves also contain magnets. These electromagnetic fields and magnets may interfere with pacemakers, defibrillators, or other medical devices. Please keep a safe distance from your wireless headset and charging case when using medical devices. Consult your physician and the manufacturer of your medical device for information about your specific medical device. If you suspect that your wireless headset or charging case is interfering with your pacemaker, defibrillator, or any other medical device, stop using it.
The power delivered by the charger must be between min 5.0 Watts required by the radio equipment, and max 7.5 Watts in order to achieve the maximum charging speed.
Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE)
This symbol (with or without a solid bar) means that according to local laws and regulations your product and/or its battery shall be disposed of separately from household waste. When this product reaches its end of life, user has the choice to give his product to a competent recycling organization. Proper recycling of your product will protect human health and the environment.

EU Regulatory Conformance
Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) Information
Your device is a radio transmitter and receiver. It is designed not to exceed the limits for exposure to radio waves recommended by international guidelines. These guidelines were developed by the independent scientific organization ICNIRP and include safety margins designed to assure the protection of all persons, regardless of age and health.
The guidelines use a unit of measurement known as the Specific Absorption Rate, or SAR. The SAR limit for wireless devices is 2.0W/kg when tested at the ear or worn on the body, 4.0W/kg when worn on the limbs. And please see the “Safety and Warranty” to find the highest SAR value.
During testing, device radios are set to their highest transmission levels and placed in positions that simulate use near the body without distance. Accessories with metal parts may change the RF performance of the device and use such accessories should be avoided.
If you are using pacemaker, hearing aid, cochlear implant or other device, please use the phone according to the doctor's advice.

Limited Warranty
Dear user, thank you for using this product. In case of any damage that is not caused by human factors, we will provide comprehensive warranty services according to local laws and regulations.
To protect your legal interests, please read the following notes carefully:
- To Claim the warranty service, Please bring a copy of the valid proof of purchase, the manufacturer's original product box and the original invoice (purchase voucher and invoice must be completed, and shall not be altered, otherwise they will be regarded as invalid)
- Please keep your Warranty Card and Proof of Purchase for future reference.
- In case of any damage of the product that is not due to human factors, consumers are entitled to enjoy customer service free of charge by providing Warranty Card and Proof of Purchase within the warranty period.
The warranty is not applicable in the following cases:
