Tip: To extend the duration at which food shield at optimal holding temperatures, use a Vollrath heat strip in conjunction with the heated shelf.

1. Presstheheatzone(s) powerbuttonstoturnontheheated-shelf. Thebutton(s) willilluminate. Theheatzonesetting(s) willdefaultto thesettingsfromtheprevioususe.
2. Presstheheatcontrolbutton(s)toselectaheatsetting. Note: Theheatsettingwillapplytobothzones.
