How to use the Vevor GP20X10 griddle for the first time?

Before first use, remove packaging, clean the surface with a damp cloth, then spread a thin layer of vegetable oil. Then heat the appliance with gas for a few minutes to eliminate manufacturing odors. A slight smoke may appear, this is normal.

What type of gas to use for the Vevor GP20X10 griddle?

The griddle runs on gas, usually butane or propane. Use cartridges or bottles suitable for your burner. Ensure the connection is airtight and secure.

Can the griddle be used indoors?

How to clean the griddle after use?

Allow the griddle to cool completely. Use a wire brush to remove food residues. Do not use abrasive materials and do not put it in the dishwasher. You can then briefly heat to evaporate moisture.

This manual will outline safety warnings and precautions, operating, maintenance, and cleaning. The warnings and instructions reviewed in this manual cannot cover all possible conditions and situations that may occur. 1. DO NOT let children, minors, or pets get close to or touch the machine.
2. DO NOT touch the hot surface directly with your hands. Must use anti-scald gloves.

SAFETY OF FOOD

The safety of food is a key part for enjoying the outdoor cooking. To keep from harmful bacteria, read these three basic steps:

1. Clean: Use HOT SOAPY water to wash hands, utensils, and surfaces before and after contacting raw meat and poultry.
2. Separate: To avoid cross contamination, separate raw meats and poultry from ready-to-eat foods. Use a clean platter and utensils when removing cooked foods.
3. Cook: Make sure meat and poultry are cooked thoroughly to kill bacteria. You can use a thermometer to test proper internal food temperatures.

PRODUCT USE

Before using the appliance for the first time:

1. Peel off promotional and packaging materials, and check that the cooking surfaces are clean and dust-free.
2. If necessary, wipe them over with a damp cloth.
3. Spread over with an absorbent kitchen towel and wipe off any excess oil. When your product is heated for the first time, it may emit slight smoke or odor, which is normal for many products, and will not affect the safety of your product.
4. The corrugated surface and flat surface of the product can be used for cooking physical objects.
5. Wear protective gloves when cooking.
6. Using clips or other tools to move and flip food

CLEANING AND STORAGE

1. Leave the product to cool down completely before cleaning.
2. Use a wire brush to clean the entire outer surface of the burner to remove residue and dirt.
3. Heat the product on gas and evaporate the surface moisture of the product.
4. After the product cools down, evenly apply vegetable oil to the surface of the product.
5. Store the product in the box.

ATTENTION! The product cannot be placed in the dishwasher for cleaning.

TIPS

1. Food should be dried with a clean towel or oil absorbent paper to avoid splashing.
2. Pay attention to the food status and flip the noodles in a timely manner.
3. After each cooking, clean and maintain the product promptly after it cools. CAUTION: Take care when frying food in hot oil or fat, as the overheated splashes could easily ignite.
