SAFEGUARDS

1. Read all instructions before use.
2. Do not use with extension cords.
3. Do not use if the plug is wet.
4. Unplug power cord before connecting or disconnecting water supply.
5. Inspect hose for damage before use. If it is defective, please do not use! It electrical device and should be inspected carefully.
6. The hose are not designed to provide protection from freezing at their connections. Please take appropriate measures for your water connections.
7. There are many environmental factors that may contribute to the hose freezing. In extreme weather conditions, additional insulation around the hose is be necessary.

WARNING

1. Fully uncoil and extend hose when in use.
2. Do not use with water pressures over 600 PSI.
3. Do not attempt to cut or splice hose-could result in serious injury or death
4. Do not use if ground pin is missing from power plug.
5. Do not use where water is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality.
6. Do not allow water to spray into electrical outlet-could result in serious inj death.
7. For proper use, allow water to flush through hose for several minutes before drinking
8. Always install the entire hose in the same ambient conditions. When using heated water hose, do not place a portion of the hose indoors and put others outdoors.

INTRODUCTION

Electrically Heated garden hoses are made certified drinking water safe hose. It can be used in camping, chicken coops, homes, gardens and on trips, Helping countless families stay away from the plight of water shortage in extreme cold weather.

SMART AUTAMATIC HEAT SYSTEM: After rigorous laboratory testing, heated water hose for RV has strong cold resistance, ensuring that the water flows unimpeded in extreme cold winter.

INSTALLATION METHODS

PRIOR TO USE

Heated Water Hose for RV quick insertion type hose connections on both end and includes a features female quick insertion type adapter. It allows connect the water supply on either end of hose, which depending on the location of electrical outlet only use a certified outlet. Water tank adapter only lightly put on – the adapter does not start!

NOTE:

The Heated water hose offers freeze protection down to -40^ (-40°C). And it only heats water when temperature drops to 46^ (8°C) or below. Stop heating when temperature reaches 59^ (15°C) or above.

Confirm what will be connected at each end of the hose and put both the correct location through fully extending hose on the ground.

If working temperature is below 50^(10^) , connect power cord to the ele outlet for several minutes to allow the hose to become flexible re-ducing being frozen. Unplug hose before continuing to Step 3.

Connect hose to water source.
Connect hose to RV, mobile home, or boat.
Turn on water supply and check for leaks.

Once all leaks have been fixed,connect power cord to the (GFCI)electrica

NOTE:

In extremely cold weather, allowing water to drip from the faucet and flow sl through the hose can effectively prevent the hose from freezing.

STORAGE RECOMMENDATIONS

Do not at any time pull hose with excessive force. This may damage the fittings and electrical components.		✕
When not in use, the hose should be drain unplugged, rolled up with adjustable straps stored in a dry location out of sunlight.		✕
The plug should be placed securely in a waterproof protective case.		✕

TROUBLE SHOOTTING

PROBLEM	CAUSE	SOLUTION
Having ice in the hose.	There is water in the h without heated and froze in the ow temperature environment	Move to warmer area, plug-in heated hose for about 30 minutes to thaw and allow water to drain
Hose slips off at the fa connection after a few minutes of use.	Loose connection or excessive water pressure.	- Wrap several tums of white PTFE tape around the male connector first, then try to use- If it still doesn't work, lease connect hose to another water source with suitable water pressure (lower 600 PSI)
Leakage at the connecti between the hose and the hose female connec4. Leakage at the hose	Product quality issues	Contact us with detailed problem description,

TROUBLE SHOOTTING

6. After connecting power cord to electrical outlet, the water still fro when it flowed through the hose	Forgot to Operate Step2 on Page 5 (Installation and Operation)	First, operate problem 1's solution.Then, operate all steps once again (Installation and Operation).
7. The hose sometimes smells bad.	This is a normal phenomenon due to the PVC material. There is no doubt that this hose BPA free certified and drinking water safe.	NO action needed.Use it without worries
8. The LED light is on but the hose is not heating	a. Product quality issue:	Contact us with detailed problem description
9. Components of the hose are burnt out	b. Overload Circuit	- The circuit may be overload or the hose was not plugged into a qualified 230 volt electrical outlet- It is recommended that you could call an electrician to h with in- specting the circuit
