ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

1. Insert the bracket (No.9, No.10) assembly into the base, then lock with bolt nuts (No.5), flat washers (No.6).
2. Put the wheel through the mounting holes of the left and right brackets (No.9 and No.10), and then lock it with flat washers (No.2) and nuts (No.3).
3. Fasten bolts (No.7) and flat washers (No.8) to the nuts of the base.
