How to install the watering bag around the tree?

Wrap the two sides of the bag around the trunk until the zippers meet, then close the zipper from bottom to top. Make sure the bag is snug and that the zipper is on the uphill side if the ground is sloping.

What is the water capacity of the bag?

Each bag has a capacity of 20 gallons (approx. 75.7 liters). Do not fill beyond this capacity to avoid risk of tearing.

Can the bag be used on a slope or hill?

Yes, the bag can be used on a slope. Place the zippers on the uphill side (toward the top of the slope) and orient the front of the bag downhill to allow proper water flow.

How to clean the watering bag?

Use a mild detergent and water to clean the bag. Do not scrub with hard objects like brushes. Rinse well and dry completely before storage.

How to store the bag in winter?

Drain any remaining water from the bag, remove it from the tree, clean it, dry it completely, then store it in a cool, dry place like a garage or storage shed to prevent freezing.

Can the bag be repaired if torn or punctured?

Yes, if the bag body is damaged, you can repair it using a patch and suitable adhesive (not included). Clean the area around the tear, apply glue and patch, then allow to dry.

What type of water to use in the bag?

Use only clean water. If necessary, filter the water using a cotton cloth placed at the end of the hose to avoid debris.

How long does it take for the water to flow out of the bag?

The flow time depends on your hose flow rate and tree size. Generally, water seeps slowly over several hours for deep watering. You can adjust the flow rate via the faucet.

Is the bag suitable for young trees?

Yes, the bag is suitable for young trees. Be careful not to hang or attach the bag to the straps or handles of young trees; place it directly around the trunk at ground level.

Use precautions

1. DO NOT SIT OR STAND ON THIS ITEM.
2. This product is not a toy. Do not allow children to play with or item.
3. Do not exceed specified weight capacities.
4. Use as intended only.
5. Inspect before every use; do not use if parts are loose or damaged.
6. The diameter of the water injection tube should be less than the water inlet so that the air in the tank can be discharged.
7. Use clean water only. If necessary, filter through cotton cloth on the end.
8. Do not suspend or hang watering bag for new trees from black straps / handles.
9. Never lift tree watering bag by 1 handle / strap - Always use both handles when lifting.
10. Do not unzip or transport or move tree watering bag when full.
11. Do not tear / rip fill opening.
12. Do not zip together more than 2 tree watering bags.
13. Empty the tree watering bag of any remaining water, remove it, store it in a cool, dry place (i.e., storage shed, garage, etc.) when not in use, particularly during the winter months.
14. VEVOR 20 Gallon Tree Watering Bags Can Be Used on a Hillside or Steep Grade.
15. Make sure the tree watering bag is positioned with the zippers on the uphill side of the tree trunk, with the front of the watering bag facing downhill. This will allow the tree watering bag to empty properly.

ASSEMBLY STEPS

Step 1: Wrap both sides around the trunk until the zippers meet and come together from bottom to top.

Step 2: Insert water hose (up to 2 inches diameter) into the fill opening, turn on water supply, and begin filling.

Step 3: Fill the tree watering bag only to 1/4 capacity, then gently pull on the two straps at the top of the tree watering bag to fully expand it.

Step 4: Fill the tree watering bag with water to the desired level and drain.

MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE

1. Please use mild detergent and water for cleaning.
2. Don't scrub the tree watering bag with hard objects like brushes.
3. Dry the tree watering bag before storage. Do not store it in a damp place.
4. Clean the debris at the filter port in time to avoid clogging.
5. If the barrel body is damaged, it can be repaired with the attached patch (Please bring your own glue).
