1. KEEP FINGERS ALWAYS CLEAR of the Cutting Blade. NEVER hold a product with your hands in line of the Cutting Blade. Failure to keep hands away from the Cutting Blade may result in personal injury.
2. Keep the child away. Never leave the vegetable chopper unattended.
3. Check for damaged parts. Before using the shredder, please check components are working properly and performing the expected function. Check the alignment of moving parts, binding of moving parts, installation, and any other conditions that may affect operation.
4. When handling the Cutting Plate, it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to wear cut-resistant Kevlar gloves.
5. The Manufacturer declines any responsibility in the case of improper use of this machine.
6. Ensure that the vegetable chopper remains stable during use. Please install all parts correctly. The suction cup should be placed on a smooth and flat surface, and the machine should not move during the cutting process.
7. Do not use this machine for freezing food, removing bones, fish, or anything other than food.
8. The cutting machine should not be installed on uneven surfaces. It can only be installed on sturdy and smooth surfaces, such as a marble countertop.
9. Do not use the vegetable chopper under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

CAUTION! Use extreme care when handling the Cutting Plates and the Blades!The Blades are extremely SHARP! It is suggested that wear cut-resistant Gloves when handling the Cutting Pla

1. Remove the vegetable chopper from the packaging and confirm receipt of all components.
2. Installation of the lower pressure plate: Insert the slots on both sides

of the lower pressure plate into the protruding rotating shafts on the rotating brackets on both sides of the base (pay attention to the angle). Check that it can move normally and if there is any stagnation (as shown in Figure 1).

1. Install the push head: Align the two protruding blocks on both sides of the push head with the two slots on the lower pressure plate, and fix the four holes around them with screws.
2. Installation of blade components: Install the holes on the blade components into the columns on the bottom plate, making sure the blade faces upwards. (When replacing blade components, place your hand on the diagonal edge of the column and lift it horizontally upwards for disassembly.) (as shown in Figure 2)

1. Suction cup installation: Install the suction cups into the holes at the bottom of the machine legs.

Slicer installation

1. Disassemble the lower pressure plate on the vegetable chopper.
2. Disassemble the blade (grasp the diagonal of the blade by hand and pull it parallel).
3. Install the required blade onto the cutting board (simply align it with the hole and press down).
4. Clamp the protective plate onto the cutting board.
5. Place the cutting board into the bracket on the bottom plate to complete the installation.

SUCTION CUP MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS

To install the suction cup feet onto the vegetable chopper, place each suction cup into the holes on the machine feet.

Press the vegetable chopper firmly to create suction between the workbench and the French fryer. Be certain to place the chopper on

surface.

CLEAN
