How to use the Vevor GJNLJ062 cheese slicer?

Place the device on a stable surface. Prepare the cheese into pieces. Lift the blade and lower it slowly and steadily. For strips, rotate the slice 90° and cut again. For cubes, repeat the operation.

What blade sizes are available?

The GJNLJ062 model comes with a 5 mm blade. The GJNLJ06 model includes 10 mm and 20 mm blades. The plates are interchangeable.

Can I cut other foods besides cheese?

It is not recommended to cut acidic or alkaline foods as they may corrode the coating. Use it only for cheese.

How to clean the cheese slicer?

Clean immediately after use with warm water and a mild detergent. Use a nylon brush if necessary. Do not put in the dishwasher. Let it air dry.

What to do if the blade does not cut properly?

Check that the blade is correctly installed and aligned. Ensure the cheese is at room temperature or slightly softened. If the problem persists, contact Vevor support.

How to store the slicer?

OPERATION:

1. Place the device on a sturdy working surface.
2. Prepare the cheese chunks to be cut. Please note that it may be necessary to make the cheese hot/soft to prevent breaking the cutting
3. Ensure that the required size of the blade is installed on the equ
4. When cutting thin slices, raise the cutting blade to the top. Place prepared cheese chunks on the cutting board. Slowly and steadily pre the blade down over the prepared cheese chunks

5. When cutting into strips, rotate the sliced cheese that was previous 90 degrees and align it. And lift the blade up again, slowly and steady press it down over the cheese slices.

6. To cut a cube/rectangle, rotate the previously cut cheese bar 90 and align it. And lift the blade up again, slowly and steadily press it over the cheese bar.

Note: 1. The size of slices, bars, cubes/rectangles depends on the bl its combination used. Each combination will produce different results.
