OPERATION:

1. Place the device on a sturdy working surface.
2. Prepare the cheese chunks to be cut. Please note that it may be necessary to make the cheese hot/soft to prevent breaking the cutting

6. To cut a cube/rectangle, rotate the previously cut cheese bar 90 and align it. And lift the blade up again, slowly and steadily press it over the cheese bar.

Note: 1. The size of slices, bars, cubes/rectangles depends on the bl its combination used. Each combination will produce different results.
