Frequently Asked Questions - Silence Force Compact RO4441 ROWENTA

How to change the Wonderbag?
Open the vacuum cleaner cover, remove the full bag and discard it. Insert a new Wonderbag by securing its ring onto the support, then unfold it in the compartment. Close the cover.
When should the HEPA filter cassette be replaced?
It is recommended to replace the HEPA filter cassette (ref. ZR002901) once a year. Open the cover, remove the old cassette, discard it, then insert the new one and put the bag back.
What to do if the vacuum cleaner no longer sucks?
First check that the bag is not full and the filter cassette is not clogged. Also ensure that the accessories and hose are not blocked. If the problem persists, contact a Rowenta Authorized Service Center.
How to use the power control?
The electronic power control is located on the vacuum cleaner. Turn it to adjust the suction power. On some models, the handle has a 3-position slider: position for fabrics and upholstery, position for parquet and smooth floors, position for carpets and rugs.
What does the red indicator mean?
The bag change indicator turns red when the bag is full or saturated. If after emptying or changing the bag the indicator remains red, increase the power to maximum and hold the nozzle raised; if it stays red, replace the bag.
How to store the vacuum cleaner with the Compact System?
After use, turn off and unplug the vacuum cleaner. Rewind the cord, then fold the telescopic tubes by pressing the 'Push' button. Attach the hose to the accessory clip and place the nozzle in vertical parking position.

The vacuum cleaner comes with a hose, handle, telescopic tube, all-floor nozzle, crevice tool and upholstery brush. As options, you can purchase a turbo brush, a parquet nozzle or a mini turbo brush.
Can I use non-Wonderbag bags?
It is strongly recommended to use only original Rowenta Wonderbag bags to ensure optimal performance and avoid damaging the vacuum cleaner. Using non-compatible bags may void the warranty.
How to clean the filters?
The vacuum cleaner filters are not washable: they must be replaced. The HEPA filter cassette is replaced once a year. Accessories can be cleaned with a soft damp cloth and then dried.
Where to buy spare parts?
Spare parts such as Wonderbag bags and HEPA filter cassettes (ref. ZR002901) are available at authorized Rowenta retailers or at Authorized Service Centers. Consult the list of addresses provided with the appliance.
