How to check the battery level of the VT-10000?

Press the power button: the 4 LEDs indicate the level: 4 LEDs on = 75-100%, 3 LEDs = 50-75%, 2 LEDs = 25-50%, 1 LED = less than 25%. The LEDs turn off automatically after 10 seconds.

How to charge the VT-10000 external battery?

Use the provided USB Type-C cable. Plug it into a computer USB port or a USB charger (5V/3A recommended). Charging starts automatically and the LEDs blink. When full, the LEDs stay on.

How long does it take to fully charge the external battery?

For a full charge, allow about 8 to 10 hours using a standard charger. With a compatible fast charger (9V/2A or 12V/1.5A), the time can be reduced.

Can I use the external battery while charging it?

Yes, the VT-10000 supports pass-through charging, so you can charge devices while recharging the external battery.

Which devices can I charge with the VT-10000?

It is compatible with most USB devices: smartphones, tablets, earphones, game consoles, cameras, GPS, etc. thanks to its USB-A and Type-C outputs.

What to do if the external battery heats up?

A slight warmth is normal during charging or use. If it becomes too hot, unplug it and let it cool down. Do not expose it to temperatures above 45°C or below -10°C.

How to maintain my VT-10000 external battery?

Keep it clean: clean the ports with a dry cloth if necessary. Avoid shocks and humidity. Store it in a dry and temperate place.

Can I use a fast charger to recharge the battery?

Yes, the Micro USB and Type-C inputs accept up to 12V/1.5A, enabling fast charging with a compatible adapter (Power Delivery or Quick Charge).

What to do if I don't use the external battery for a long time?

Recharge it at least once every 3 months to maintain the Li-Pol battery performance. Self-discharge is normal, so plan a recharge before use.

POWER BANK FUNCTION

INTRODUCTION

This product is lightweight, environmentally friendly, high-capacity stylish mobile power for portable devices anywhere, anytime. This product contains a high-performance li-polymer battery. Using the USB-TYPE C cable, not only can you power portable devices directly, but also can charge the built-in battery. It provides adequate back-up energy for the wild expedition, traveling, Adventure, and travel home.

APPLICABLE FOR

1. Suitable for iPhone, iPod, Tablet, most mobile phone and digital products.
2. Suitable for handheld video games PSP, NDSI, NDSL.
3. Suitable for MP3, MP4, MP5, e-books, GPS, walkie-talkie.
4. Standard USB interface output, compatible with all USB charging devices.

PERFORMANCE

1. Easy to use simply select the appropriate connector to charge.
2. Plug & play, auto-sleep mode function, when no current output the device goes into sleep mode automatically.
3. Short-circuit protection, over Charge protection, over discharge protection, intelligent protection of lithium, high conversion efficiency, leakage protection.

HOW TO USE IT

1. Display capacity (Note: Applicable for models with LED indicator): Press control button, capacity LED will be on, 10 seconds later they will be off automatically.

4 LEDs on: 75%\~100% remained.
3 LEDs on: 50%\~75%remained.
2 LEDs on: 25%—50% remained.

1 LEDs on: less than 25%

1. Charge portable power bank
   The applicable standard cable plug in the computer USB or USB charger, connect to the USB-TYPE C of mobile power, automatic wake-up charge. During charging, the battery indicator light cycling starts; full power indicator light indicates charging completed.
2. Use portable power bank to provide power to any digital device. Using the cable and adapter for the digital products, the electronic switch will be open automatically, output 5V voltage for use. (See Figure 3)

1. Mobile power bas built-in lithium-ion battery, do not use metal objects to short-circuit products, in order to avoid equipment failure and security risks.

B. Terms of Use

1. If using the product for the first time or if it has not been used for a long time, the power bank needs 8-10 hours to charge fully.
2. Temperature range from -10^ to +45^ , for best charging results, please use the device in suitable temperature conditions.
3. When charging and using, this product may get slightly heated, which is normal and not malfunction.
4. If the products not in use for a long time, you need to charge at least once every three months to maintain its charge properties.
5. Mobile power bank left unused for a long time will suffer loss of power, which's normal self-discharge phenomenon, if ready to use, please charge again.
6. Keep the mobile power bank clean, please clean it with dry cloth before using if the port is dirty.
