Frequently Asked Questions - VT-606N V-TAC

How do I charge the VT-606N power bank?
Connect the included Micro USB cable to the input port and a USB power source (e.g., wall charger). The LED indicators will show the charging status. A full charge takes approximately 5-6 hours with a 2A charger.
Can I charge two devices simultaneously?
Yes, the VT-606N has two USB output ports. Both can be used at the same time, with a total output of up to 2.1A. Devices may charge slower if both are connected.
What does the LED indicator mean?
The power bank has 4 LED lights showing battery level: 1 LED = 25%, 2 LEDs = 50%, 3 LEDs = 75%, 4 LEDs = 100%. When charging, the LEDs flash; when fully charged, all stay solid.
Is the battery safe for air travel?
Yes, the VT-606N has a 10000mAh (37Wh) lithium-ion battery, which is within the typical limit for carry-on luggage (under 100Wh). Always check with your airline for specific regulations.
How long does the power bank last?
With a 10000mAh capacity, it can charge a typical smartphone (3000mAh battery) about 2-3 times, depending on usage and device efficiency.
Can I charge the power bank and a device at the same time?
It is not recommended to charge the power bank while it is discharging to a device, as this may cause overheating or reduced efficiency. Please charge the power bank separately.
What devices are compatible with this power bank?
Any device that charges via USB, such as smartphones, tablets, Bluetooth headphones, cameras, and more. The output is 5V/2.1A, so it supports most standard USB devices.
Does the power bank support fast charging?
No, the VT-606N provides standard 5V/2.1A output, not Qualcomm Quick Charge or USB Power Delivery. Charging speed is normal for standard devices.
How should I clean and store the power bank?
Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use water or harsh chemicals. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
What should I do if the power bank stops working?
First, try charging it for a few hours. If it still doesn't work, check the cable and device. If the issue persists, contact V-TAC customer support for assistance. Do not attempt to open the case.
