• Read these instructions carefully before switching on the appliance and keep them for future reference. Failure to follow and observe these instructions could lead to an accident.
• Clean all the parts of the product that will be in contact with food, as indicated in the cleaning section before use.
• Do not use the appliance if the cable or plug is damaged.
• Ensure that the voltage indicated on the nameplate matches the mains voltage before plugging in the appliance.
• The appliance's plug must fit into the mains socket properly. Do not alter the plug. Do not use plug adaptors.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1. Fit the cone onto the drive shaft.
2. If you wish to collect the juice in press the spout upwards to close it.
3. If you want the juice to run straight into a glass, press the spout downwards to open it and place a glass under it.
4. Cut a citrus fruit in half and press the cut end of one fruit half onto the cone. Close the lid, ensure that it is heard locking into place. Use the On/Off switch to turn the appliance on. A beep signal heard and the Start button lights up. Push the "Start" button until you hear a beep signal. The fruit is now pushed up, juice is extracted and the fruit is lowered again. The juice flows through the strainer into the juice container from where it can run into a glass (the spout must be open). The strainer keeps thick pulp and seeds.
5. Wait until the motor has come to a complete standstill. Now the lid can be opened, the fruit residue removed and a new piece of fruit put on the dome.

RESET BUTTON

Following a power interruption, or if the appliace is blocked up, the pulp sieve and juicer dome will remain in their current position. The reset button flashes and beep-signals are heard.

Push the reset button. The unit now reverts to its starting position and the juicing process can be continued.

CLEANING

Clean the equipment with a damp cloth with a few drops of washing-up liquid and then dry.

1. Citrus fruit juices should be consumed immediately and never stored in a metal container.
2. Citrus juices are ideal for mixing. For example, you can mix orange juice with lemon juice for extra vitamin C kick.
3. Freshly squeezed juice gives cocktails a better flavor.
