Frequently Asked Questions - Fisa Suprema KORG

How to change the accordion type on the Fisa Suprema?

Press the ◀ and ▶ buttons simultaneously in the ACCORDION TYPE section to enter easy mode. Then use these same buttons to navigate among the 45 available accordion types.

How to recharge the battery of the Fisa Suprema?

Plug the included AC adapter into the DC-IN jack of the accordion and into a power outlet. The battery recharges automatically whether the instrument is on or off. The red LED indicates charging, green indicates full charge. Battery life is about 9 hours.

Can I connect the Fisa Suprema to an external amplifier?

Yes, use the OUTPUT jacks (L/Mono and R) on the back of the instrument. Lower the volume before connecting. You can adjust the output sensitivity in the menu to avoid distortion.

How to use the Bluetooth audio function?

Enable Bluetooth in the menu (see page 70 of the manual). On your smartphone, select 'KORG FISA-xx' in the device list. You can then listen to music through the accordion's speakers.

No sound when I play, what should I do?

Check that the instrument is on, that the volume is not at zero, and that you are moving the bellows (for accordion sounds). If headphones are plugged in, the internal speakers are muted. See the Troubleshooting section (p. 121).

How to record my performance?

Insert a USB flash drive into the MEMORY port. Press the ● (Record) button to start recording in WAV format. Press ● again to stop. You can overdub on an existing track.

What to do if the screen turns off automatically?

This is normal: the Auto Off function turns off the device after 20 minutes of inactivity. To disable it, go to the Global menu (p. 100) and set 'Auto Off' to OFF.

How to clean the Fisa Suprema?

Use a soft, slightly damp cloth (warm water) to wipe the surface. Never use benzene, alcohol, or solvents. For dust, a soft duster is suitable. Avoid rubbing too hard to prevent scratching the finish.

Can I use a non-included AC adapter?

No, use only the included AC adapter (DYS6150-2400500W for Fisa Suprema, DYS865-240250W for Fisa Suprema C). Another adapter could damage the instrument or cause electric shock.

How to reset to factory settings?

In the Global menu, select the Factory Reset option (p. 101). Confirm to restore all default settings. Note: this operation erases all your scenes and custom settings.
