Operating Safety Precautions

Instructions for the Electrical Cord and Plug

1. This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of electrical shock, this plug is intended to fit into a polarized outlet only one way. Parts

Heated Base GAMEDAY Heating Pot Heating Pot Lid A. C. Lazy Susan Carousel Food Tray (double size) x2 Food Tray (single size) x4 B.

Assembly

1. Stack part B. of the Lazy Susan Carousel onto part A., then part C. onto parts A. and B.
2. Thread the power cord of the heated base through the center of the carousel, then set the heated base into the center of the carousel. To keep the unit level, make sure the power cord is placed into the notch in the bottom of the carousel.
3. Set the Heating pot into the center of the heated base, and set the Heating pot lid
4. Place the topping trays into the slots on the outside of the carousel.

HOW TO OPERATE

1. Before first use, wipe down Heated Base, Heating Pot, Lid and Food Trays with a damp, non-abrasive cloth and dry thoroughly. Be very careful to not get any water in the heated base, or unit will not function.
2. Find a dry, heat-resistant, level surface near an electrical outlet.
3. Using your own recipe or following a recipe included in this instruction manual, prepare your cheese, dips, meats, rice, etc.
4. Fill the topping trays with your choice of appetizers.
5. Place the Heating pot into the heated base and plug in the appliance.
6. Fill the Heating pot with your chosen sauces or meats. Be very careful not to overfill the pot. DO NOT exceed the 20 ounce maximum capacity.
7. Stearn may be released from food during cooking. For your safety, avoid contact with steam, as it is very hot and can cause burns.
8. Be careful to watch the Heating pot and stir mixture if necessary. DO NOT let mixture boil over, as this could cause burns.
9. As soon as you are finished, unplug appliance and allow to cool. BE CAREFUL, as base and Heating pot will still be hot.
10. Once the appliance is cool, empty remaining heated mixture into a bag or trash receptacle and follow the directions in the Cleaning & Maintenance section to clean your LAZY SUSAN APPETIZER SERVER.

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE

Please take care of your LAZY SUSAN APPETIZER SERVER by following these simple instructions and precautions.

• Disconnect from the electrical outlet by unplugging the appliance.
• Make sure the appliance is completely cool before cleaning.
• Remove all parts from heated base.
• Dispose of any remaining mixture by emptying into a bag or trash receptacle. It is not recommended that you pour the leftover mixture down the sink.
• Hand wash Heating pot and trays in warm, soapy water with a non-abrasive cloth.
• Dry parts thoroughly with a soft, non-abrasive cloth.
• Wipe the heated base with a dry, non-abrasive cloth. Make sure that no water gets inside of the heated base.
  • DO NOT put any parts in a dishwasher.
• NEVER immerse heated base or cord in water.

NOTE: The capacity of your LAZY SUSAN APPETIZER SERVER is approximately 20 ounces. Do not overfill the heating pot.

GROUND BEEF TACOS

1 lb. ground beef2 tablespoonstomato paste2/3 cup water8 hard/soft taco shellsToppings as desiredTaco seasoning

Brown ground beef over medium heat until no pink remains. Drain fat.Add seasoning mixture, water and tomato paste. Add to center heating pot.Place taco hard or soft taco shells on a plate or tray holder (NOT included).Fill taco shells with meat and desired toppings!

Makes 4 servings

QUESO DIP

• 1 can (10 oz)Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies• 10 oz. American Cheese, cubed.

Place 1 can half-drained and cubed cheese into a large saucepan.Cook over medium heat for 8 minutes or until cheese is melted completely, stirring frequently.Pour into Heating pot and plug in to keep warm.Serve with your favorite style of tortilla chip.

APPETIZER MEATBALLS

• 12 oz. Frozen Fully-Cooked Meatballs
- 4 oz. Chili Sauce
- 12 cup Grape Jelly
• Chopped Green Onion, Sesame Seeds (garnish, optional)

Add frozen meatballs, chili sauce, and grape jelly to a large saucepan. Cover and let simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes, or until sauce is hot.

Use a thermometer to check that meatballs are cooked internally (160 F).

Transfer meatballs and sauce to center heating pot. Top with Green Onion and Sesame Seeds.

Serve with toothpicks or serving spoon.

CHOCOLATE CARAMEL DIP

• 4-oz. Caramel Candies
• 1-oz. Semisweet Chocolate
- 14 Cup Milk

Preheat CHOCOLATE DIPPING POT for 5 minutes.

Place caramels, chocolate and milk in Removable Pot.

Stir occasionally as sauce heats until smooth and completely melted.

Serve with sliced apples or bananas.

CHOCOLATE CARAMEL DIP

• 4-oz. Caramel Candies
• 1-oz. Semisweet Chocolate
- 14 Cup Milk
