How to change the lamp color?

Use the provided infrared remote control or the touch button on the lamp to cycle through colors. Press the 'Mode' button to select a fixed color or a dynamic mode.

Remote control not working, what to do?

Check that the remote control batteries are inserted correctly and not drained. Make sure there is no obstacle between the remote and the lamp's IR receiver. If the problem persists, reset the lamp by unplugging it for a few seconds.

Can I use the lamp with a power bank?

Yes, the lamp connects via a standard USB port (5V). You can power it with a power bank, a USB wall adapter, or a computer.

How to adjust brightness?

Press the '+' and '-' buttons on the remote control or hold down the touch button to increase or decrease the brightness.

Does the lamp get hot?

The lamp uses low-power LEDs that generate very little heat. A slight temperature rise on the housing is normal. If it becomes too hot, turn it off and check that the ventilation openings are not blocked.

Can I synchronize multiple lamps?

No, each lamp operates independently. There is no wireless synchronization function between multiple units.

What is the lifespan of the LEDs?

The LEDs have an estimated lifespan of 30,000 hours, which is several years of daily use.

How to clean the lamp?

Always unplug the lamp before cleaning. Use a soft dry cloth to remove dust. Never use chemical or abrasive cleaners.

Does the warranty cover accidental damage?

The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, drops, immersion, or power surges. Keep your receipt for any claims.

(ENG) WARRANTY CONDITIONS

The receipt must clearly list the date of purchase and the part number, in addition it should be printed. Keep the receipt for the entire warranty period since it is required for all warranty claims. During the warranty period the defective items will be credited, repaired or replaced at the manufacturer's expense. Work carried out under the warranty neither extends the warranty period nor starts a new warranty period. The manufacturer reserves the right to void any warranty claim for damages or defects due to misuse, abuse or external impact (falling down, impact, ingress of water, dust, contamination or break). Wearing parts (e.g. rechargeable batteries) are excluded from the warranty. Upon receipt of the RMA goods, Gembird Europe B.V. reserves the right to choose between replacement of defective goods or issuing a credit note. The credit note amount will always be calculated on the basis of the current market value of the defective products.
