Frequently Asked Questions - 910032 SEVERIN

How to assemble the Severin 910032 citrus press?
Place the juice container on the motor shaft, then install the filter sieve with the curved side facing down. Next, put the small push cone on the sieve. For large citrus fruits, add the large cone on top by aligning the notches.
How to clean the appliance after use?
Unplug the appliance. Wash all accessories (cones, sieve, container, spout) in warm water with mild detergent. The motor block should only be cleaned with a damp cloth, never immerse it.
Why does the appliance not turn on?
Check that the plug is properly inserted and the outlet works. The appliance only turns on when pressure is applied to the cone. If no juice is extracted, ensure the sieve is not clogged.
Can I press fruits other than citrus?
This appliance is designed only for citrus fruits (oranges, lemons, grapefruits, etc.). Do not use it for other fruits or vegetables, as this could damage the motor.
How to use the anti-drip system?
The spout is adjustable. To open the outlet, lower the spout. To close, raise it. This prevents dripping after use.
Where to store the push cones when the appliance is not in use?
Open the compartment located under the motor block, place the cones inside, then close the lid.
Does the appliance stop automatically?
Yes, the motor shaft only rotates when you apply pressure on the cone. As soon as you release, the appliance stops immediately.
What to do if the sieve is clogged?
Unplug the appliance, remove the sieve and clean it under warm water. You can use a soft brush. Replace it before continuing.
Can I put the accessories in the dishwasher?
The manual does not specify this. It is recommended to wash them by hand in warm water with mild detergent to avoid any damage.
How to get more juice?
Use the large cone for large citrus fruits and apply firm, constant pressure. Regularly empty the filter sieve to avoid pulp buildup.
