Regarding the instruction for cleaning surfaces in contact with food thanks to refer to the below paragraph “cleaning” in manual.
- Do not leave the appliance unattended when it is plugged in or in operation

Before using for the first time :
Clean the forks and fondue pots with soapy water and wipe them with a soft cloth.
Place the appliance on a flat, stable and heat-resistant surface.
Be careful not to place the appliance on the edge of a table or worktop to prevent it from tipping over.
Use of the device
Oil Fondue
Plug in the appliance. Make sure that the switch is on the "MIN" position before you start using the appliance.
Carefully fill the pan with the desired preparation (oil, broths, etc.) and make sure the level does not exceed the MA" level indicated on the inside of the pan.
Heat for approximately 20–30 minutes to bring the oil to the correct temperature.
Don't leave your forks in the warming pot for more than 5 minutes.
We recommend that you do not use the same oil too often. It degrades quickly. Do not put water in the oil bath (risk of oil splashes and burnsà
