How to use the appliance for oil fondue?

Plug in the appliance, make sure the button is on MIN. Fill the caquelon with oil without exceeding the MAX level. Install the splash guard. Turn the switch on and let it heat for 20 to 30 minutes. Do not leave the forks in the heated caquelon for more than 5 minutes. After use, turn to MIN, unplug and let cool.

Can I use the appliance for other preparations than fondue?

Yes, the appliance is versatile: it can be used for raclette and as a wok. Adapt the preparation and monitor cooking.

How to clean the caquelon and forks?

After complete cooling, clean the caquelon and forks with warm soapy water using a non-abrasive sponge or nylon brush. They can also go in the dishwasher. Do not use sharp objects to avoid damaging the non-stick coating.

Before using for the first time :

Place the appliance on a flat, stable and heat-resistant surface.

Use of the device

Oil Fondue

Plug in the appliance. Make sure that the switch is on the "MIN" position before you start using the appliance.

Carefully fill the pan with the desired preparation (oil, broths, etc.) and make sure the level does not exceed the MA" level indicated on the inside of the pan.

Heat for approximately 20–30 minutes to bring the oil to the correct temperature.

Don't leave your forks in the warming pot for more than 5 minutes.
