⚠ WARNING-- To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, serious personal injury and property damage please note the following:

  • This product is not intended for use by children. Keep the product out of the reach of children and pets.
  • Always ensure the product is unplugged from the electrical outlet and allowed to cool before assembling, disassembling, relocating, or cleaning it.
  • Do not leave the product unattended while it is in use. Always unplug the product from the electrical outlet when not in use.
  • Do not immerse the Base, Power Cord, or Plug of this product in or expose the Power Cord or Plug to water or other liquids.
  • Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs when handling product. Use protective oven mitts or gloves when removing the Lid or handling hot containers to avoid burns or personal injury.
  • Do not use attachments not recommended or sold by the product manufacturer. Attachments, when furnished, may become hot during use. Allow any attachments to cool before handling them.
  • Continuous running of meat grinder should be not more than 10 minutes with the following 10 minutes interval for motor cooling.
  • Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, in a heated oven, or other heated surfaces.
  • Use the product in a well-ventilated area. Keep at least 4-6 inches of space on all sides of the product to allow adequate air circulation.
  • Use appliance on a table or flat surface.
  • When carrying, be sure to hold the body with both hands. Do not carry the unit by the hopper plate or head.
  • Never push products by hand. Use food pusher. Keep the product away from curtains, wall coverings, clothing, dishtowels, or other flammable materials.
  • Do not plug or unplug the product from the electrical outlet with a wet hand.
  • This product is intended solely for non-commercial, non-industrial, household use in cooking of food for human consumption; do not use the product outdoors or for any other purpose.
  • Do not operate the product empty.
  • Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter where it may be tripped over or pulled. Do not allow cord to touch hot surfaces.

  • Do not operate the product if it has a damaged or cut Power Cord or plug, if wires are exposed, if it malfunctions, if it is dropped or damaged, or if the Motor Housing is dropped in or exposed to water.

  • This product has no user-serviceable parts. Do not attempt to examine or repair the product yourself. Only qualified service personnel should perform any servicing. You may employ an appliance repair shop of your choice for inspection and repair.
  • Do not put any stress on the power cord where it connects to the product, as the power cord could fray and break.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:

A short power supply cord is provided to reduce the risk of becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord. An extension cord is not recommended for use with this product, but if one must be used:

  • The marked electrical rating must be at least as great as that of the product;
  • If the product is of a 3-prong grounding type, the extension cord must be a grounding-type 3-wire cord.
  • Arrange the extension cord so that it will not drape over the countertop or tabletop where it can be tripped over or pulled.

WARNING: This product is equipped with a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other blade) to reduce the risk of electrical shock. This is a safety feature. The plug will fit into a polarized outlet only one way. If you are unable to insert the plug into the electrical outlet, try reversing the plug. If the plug still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use the plug with an extension cord unless you can fully insert the plug into the extension cord. Do not alter the plug. Do not attempt to defeat the safety purpose of the polarized plug.

BEFORE USE:

  • Check that voltage indicated on the rating label corresponds the mains voltage in your home.
  • Wash all parts (except body) in warm soapy water. Dry thoroughly with a dry cloth.
  • Before plugging in, Make sure the key switch in the "OFF" position.

HOW TO USE

MINCING

  1. Insert the feeding screw into the grinder house, the plastic end first. Fit the cutting blade unit onto the other end of feeding screw. (The cutting edge should be placed at the front side). And then you can also fit the cutting plate (Depending on the consistency you prefer). Make sure the notch of the cutting plate fits into the opening on the cutter house. Fit the screw ring on the grinder head by turning the screw ring clockwise until it is properly fastened.

  1. Fit the grinder head on the unit. Insert grinder head at an angle, aligning the arrows. Rotate the grinder head counter-clockwise till straight then tighten the fastening nut till secure. The grinder head is now locked into position You can remove the grinder head by pressing unscrewing the fastening nut and turning the cutter housing clockwise.

  2. Place the hopper/tray on the upright part of the grinder head.

  3. Now the appliance is ready for mincing.

MINCING:

Cut the meat into 3-inch-long, 1-inch-thick strips. Remove bones, pieces of gristle and sinews as much as possible.

Note: never use frozen meat!

Place the meat on the Hopper / tray. Use the plunger to gently push the meat into the grinder head.

MAKING SAUSAGES

  1. Mince the meat first. (see 'Mincing' instructions)

  2. Switch off the appliance.

  3. Press the release button on the appliance and turn the grinder head clockwise to remove it from the motor unit. Note: Make sure the appliance is switched off and has stopped running completely before you remove the grinder head.

  1. Remove the screw ring by turn it counter-clockwise.

  2. Fit separator ring and sausage horn on the metal end of feeding screw. Then fit the screw ring on the grinder head by turning the screw ring clockwise until it is properly fastened. Make sure the notch of separator fit into the opening of the grinder head.

  3. Fit the grinder head onto the motor unit same as Mincing instructions.

  4. Now the appliance is ready for making sausages.

  5. Put the ingredients in the hopper/tray. Use the plunger to gently push the meat into the grinder head.

  6. Put the sausage skin in lukewarm water for 10 minutes. Then slide the wet skin onto the sausage horn.

  7. Push the (seasoned) minced meat into the cutter housing. *If the skin gets stuck onto the sausage horn, wet it with some water.

MAKING KUBBE

  1. Insert the feeding screw into the cutter housing, the plastic end first.

  2. Fit the Kubbe/cone attachment on the metal end of screw pusher, and then fit the Kubbe former attachment. Make sure the notch of the Kubbe/cone attachment fits into the opening of grinder head.

  1. Fit the screw ring on the grinder head by turning the screw ring clockwise until it is properly fastened.

  2. Fit the cutter housing on the motor unit same as Mincing instructions.

  3. Place the hopper / tray on the upright part of the grinder head.

  4. The appliance is ready for making Kubbe.

STOP/REVERSE

If the appliance is blocked, switch to the "O" position first and then press the 'R' button, the feeding screw will turn in the reverse direction. Then the appliance can continue its normal operation.

OPERATION TIPS

- Never use your finger or an object to push ingredients down the feed tube while the appliance is running. Only the pusher is to be used for this purpose.

- Wait until moving parts have stopped running before you remove the parts of the appliance.

- Do not attempt to grind bones, nuts or other hard units.

- Never reach into the cutter housing. Always use the pusher.

- Unplug the appliance immediately after use.

- Never operate the appliance continuously for more than 10 minutes at 600W.

- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

- The use of this appliance by children or persons with a physical, sensory, mental or motorial disability, or lack of experience and knowledge can give cause to hazards. Persons responsible for their safety should give explicit instructions or supervise the use of the appliance.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

- Remove Plug from socket. Clean the appliances immediately after each use. Dismantle removable parts only when all moving parts have stopped running. Warning: Do not submerge motor/body in water or in any other liquids. If this happened do not use the appliance any more, dispose of the appliance.

- Apart from the motor unit, all removable parts can be cleaned in hot, soapy water. Do not use any abrasive or corrosive cleaning products or scourers. Do not clean parts in dishwasher. Clean the motor unit with a damp cloth. Dry them thoroughly with a dry cloth before storage.

This product is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. During this period, your exclusive remedy is repair or replacement of this product, at our option; however, you are responsible for all costs associated with returning the product to us and our returning a product or component under this warranty to you. If the product or component is no longer available, we will replace with a similar one of equal or greater value. This warranty does not cover glass, filters, wear from normal use, use not in conformity with the printed directions, or damage to the product resulting from accident, alteration, abuse, or misuse.

THIS WARRANTY EXTENDS ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL CONSUMER PURCHASER. KEEP THE ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT, AS PROOF OF PURCHASE IS REQUIRED TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM.

This warranty is void if the product is used for other than single-family household use or subjected to any voltage and waveform other than what is specified on the rating label (E.G., 120V\~60Hz). We exclude all claims for special, incidental, and consequential damages caused by breach of express or implied warranty. All liability is limited to the amount of the purchase price. Every implied warranty, including any statutory warranty or condition of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, is disclaimed except to the extent prohibited by law, in which case such warranty or condition is limited to the duration of this written warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other legal rights that vary depending on where you live. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or special, incidental, or consequential damages, so the foregoing limitations may not apply to you.
