When using this or any other appliance, always follow basic safety precautions, especially when children are present.
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE
⚠ WARNING-To reduce the risk of serious personal injury, please note the following:
- Use extreme care when handling the cutting blades. The blades are very sharp. Keep fingers away of the blades at all times.
- Please discard or store all packing materials away from the reach of children.
- This product is not intended for use by children. Keep the product out of the reach of children and pets. Extra caution is necessary when using this chopper near children.
- Do not leave the product unattended. Keep all accessories away from the reach of children and pets when in use and not in use.
- Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or other heated surfaces.
- Before use check that all parts are operating properly and that no accessories are damages
- Use on a flat surface.
- Do not use the Chopper while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Do not use if damage is found.
- The Chopper should not move during the cutting process.
- Never push food through the cutting blades with hands.
- Do not use the chopper for frozen foods, meat, fish, fruit or vegetables with pits, nuts or anything other than food stuff.
- Top rack dishwasher safe.

WARNING: Extremely sharp blades! Keep fingers clear of the blades. Improper handling of the chopper may result in injury.
- Remove the packaging material and all plastic wrapping.
- Check components and accessories have been received and without damage. If any parts are broken or damaged, do not use.

Clean all parts of the Chopper before first use as described in the 'Cleaning' section.

Before use:
a. Peel fruit or vegetable with thick skin (e.g., onion)
b. Remove stems and trim ends.
c. Cut large fruit or vegetable into smaller pieces (must be smaller than the cutting blade and not greater than 1½ inches in height.)

Place the Container on a flat surface.

Place the Chopper Base on top of the Container.

Flip the Pusher open.

Select a cutting blade 'Medium' or 'Fine' and insert it into the lower slot. (Fig. A)

To replace the cutting blade, remove the installed cutting blade before placing the desired one onto the chopper base.

Close the pusher. The Chopper is now assembled and ready for use. Note: It is recommended to always close the Pusher when the Chopper is not in use.

DICE CHOP BLADES EASILY SNAP INTO PLACEHow to Chop/Dice:

Flip the pusher open.
-
Place the fruit or vegetable you want to cut onto the cutting blade 'Medium' or 'Fine' with the flat side or larger side facing down.

To ensure correct installation with the text 'THIS SIDE UP' should face upward on the cutting blade.

Close the pusher and press it downward onto the fruit or vegetable.
a. Make sure that vegetable to be chopped stays entirely within the blade area, otherwise it might be difficult to chop it.
b. Cut an onion or large vegetable into a quarter size piece or smaller when using the fine chopping blade. Cut tomato into half when using the straight chopping blade.
c. Press the pusher down swiftly and firmly with both hands. Fruits and vegetables to be cut are pressed downward through the cutting blade.

Remove the Chopper Base to empty the cut fruit or vegetable from the Container.

If necessary, flip the pusher open and use the cleaning scraper (Fig. B, #4) to remove any food residuals on the pusher (Fig. B, #5), insert the desired Chopper Blade back onto the Pusher before using the Food Chopper again.

- Potatoes (raw for chips or cooked for potato salad.
- Carrots, zucchini, cucumbers, peppers, leeks, celery for salads, vegetable dishes or as ingredients for soups.
- Boiled eggs, cooked ham, or cooked sausage.
- Cheese, such as sheep's cheese or Mozzarella for Mediterranean dishes.

- Onions, shallots for sauces.
• Garlic, chilis for dips.
• Zucchini, mushrooms, soft cheese, peppers and more.
Warning: Do not use for hard fruits and vegetables like beetroot and sweet potatoes. Blades are not suitable for tomatoes.
Cleaning your Chopper:
WARNING: Extremely sharp blades! Keep fingers always clear of the blades when cleaning the dicing blades.
- Do not use any aggressive cleaners, brushes with metal or nylon bristles, sharp or metallic cleaning utensils such as knives, hard scrapers and the like. They could damage the surfaces.
- Clean all used parts under running water with a mild detergent or place in the top-rack of a dishwasher. Thoroughly dry all parts after washing.
- If necessary, use the cleaning scraper to remove any food residuals on the pusher insert.
Chopper Storage:
All parts must be completely dry before storing. Make sure to store it in a safe and dry location away from the reach of children and pets.
Disposal:
The packaging material is recyclable. Please dispose of in an environmentally friendly manner.
