How to use the Braun BT3410 trimmer?

Turn on the device with the on/off button. Select the desired length using the adjustment dial. Use the appropriate comb (beard or hair). For contours, you can use the precision trimmer head or the mini shaver. Make sure the device is charged before first use.

How to adjust the cutting length?

Turn the length adjustment dial (marking 2) to adjust the cutting height. The precision combs offer ranges from 0.5 to 10 mm for the beard and 10.5 to 20 mm for the hair.

How to clean and maintain the trimmer?

Turn off and unplug the device. Remove the heads and combs, brush away hair residues. Apply a drop of light oil (not supplied) to the blades and foils for lubrication. Do not rinse with water; keep the device dry.

How long does the battery last?

The runtime is approximately 50 minutes after a full charge. Charging time is approximately 8 hours. The charge indicator (marking 6) shows the level.

How to charge the device?

Make sure the device is off. Plug the special power cable provided into the socket (marking 4) and the charger. The recommended ambient temperature for charging is between 5 and 35 °C. Do not charge at extreme temperatures.

Can I use the device in the shower?

No, the device is not waterproof. It must be used dry and stored dry. Do not use under running water or in a humid environment.

What to do if the trimmer does not turn on?

Check that the battery is charged. Make sure the device is turned on (on/off button). If the problem persists, consult an authorized Braun service center. Do not open the device yourself.

How to change the cutting head?

The trimmer heads (1a, 1b, 1c) can be clipped or unscrewed depending on the model. Refer to the manual for details. Only use original Braun accessories.

Where to find spare parts?

Contact an authorized Braun service center or visit www.service.braun.com. Only use original parts to maintain the warranty.

What is the warranty of the device?

The warranty is 2 years from the date of purchase. It covers manufacturing and material defects. It does not cover normal wear (foil, cutter block) nor damage due to improper use. For any claim, return the device with the warranty certificate to a dealer or authorized center.
