Action Procedure:
To get the best results, we suggest that you read the user manual before first use including all safety instructions and warnings for correct and safe use of the device. The Lumi hair removal device has integrated filters that protect the skin against harmful radiation and burns during the hair removal treatment. The rate of hair growth varies, depending on age, metabolism and other factors. Growth hair is usually divided into three stages.
Growing phase:
Hair actively grows along with the bulbs. At this stage, melanin concentration is the highest. Melanin determines the formation of hair color. The concentration of melanin is also a decisive factor intensive pulsed light technology activities. Only hair in the growing phase will react to it light hair removal process.
Degeneration phase
Stopping hair growth and rooting the hair bulb.
Reconstruction phase
Mature hair detaches from the bulbs and falls out. The bulb is dormant until the next cycle hair growth.
In the first stage of hair removal with the Lumi device, light energy is used to operate directly onto the hair roots below the skin. Melanin in the skin and hair follicles absorb impulse energy of light emitted by the device. The darker the hair color, the more light energy is absorbed, and this process stimulates the bulbs to enter the dormant phase.
In the second stage, during the depilation period, the hair will fall out naturally and the regeneration will continue inhibited, which may take 1-2 weeks. Only hair in the growing phase will be removed. To To effectively remove unwanted hair, repeat the depilation process once a week for a period of time two months.

Use level of the lowest device. Follow the instructions below to perform the procedure, but emit no more than 2-3 pulses. If after 60 minutes the skin appears normal and there is no redness or other skin reaction, you are ready for the full treatment.
Choose the Right Intensity:
Choose the appropriate intensity depending on your skin tolerance and increase it gradually from one up to five degrees. If the intensity is too weak and there are no skin reactions, you can gradually increase the intensity level. Do not flash pulses in one place on the skin multiple times. You this creates too much heat on the skin, which could cause the skin to swell, blister or become temporary or permanent changes in the color of your skin. To maintain the effect of hair removal and to prevent the hair follicles from reactivating, repeat the treatments regularly to ensure that the skin remains smooth. If treatments are not continued, the hair follicles will become active again and the hair will begin to grow back. To maintain the results, simply repeat the treatments every 4-8 weeks to ensure that the hair follicles do not become activated and hair regrowth remains inhibited. The intervals between treatments may vary depending on the individual rate of hair regrowth.
