PROPER INTENDED USE

The product is intended exclusively for private household use and not for commercial use. Use outside that stipulated in the information is improper use and this can result in damage to property or personal injury. We accept no liability for damage caused by incorrect or improper use.

With an Ansmann Powerstation expansion module, you can double the capacity of your mobile power source. The additional battery is connected to the main unit with just one connection cable and supplies it with additional power.

GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

• This product may be used by children from the age of 8 and by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental abilities or lack of experience and knowledge, if they have been instructed on the safe use of the product and are aware of the hazards. Children are not permitted to play with the product. Children are not permitted to carry out cleaning or care without supervision.
• Keep the product and the packaging away from children. This product is not a toy. Children should be supervised in order to ensure that they do not play with the product or packaging.
• Observe all information and safety instructions for the device to be charged before using the Power-station.
• Please disconnect the Powerstation from the device being charged once it has been fully charged. Do not charge overnight. Do not charge unsupervised.
  • In order to prevent any risk of fire or electric

shock, the Powerstation must be protected from moisture and rain! Never submerge the product in water or other liquids. Do not use the device if it is wet. Never operate the device with wet hands.

- The product can be damaged by impacts, shocks or being dropped, even from low heights. Handle the product carefully! Do not continue to use a damaged device. RISK OF EXPLOSION! Dispose of the Powerstation in accordance with instructions.

- Do not expose to potentially explosive environments where there are flammable liquids, dusts or gases.

• The product may only be used in closed, dry and spacious rooms, away from combustible materials and liquids. Disregard can result in burns and fires.

- Operate the product only within its power limits as cited in the technical data.

- Before connecting an end device, check whether this can be adequately supplied with the power output of the charger.

- Protect the product from moisture, overheating and dirt. Use it only in dry environments.

- Never expose the product to extreme conditions, such as extreme heat/cold, fire, direct solar radiation, etc.

- Charge your Powerstation at least once every 4 months in order to maintain its service life.

- Do not use while still in the packaging.

- Carry out cleaning tasks only when the mains plug has been pulled out / when the power supply has been disconnected.

- Clean only with a slightly damp cloth, then rub it dry. Do not use hard brushes or sharp objects, abrasive cleaners or solvents.

• Before using the Powerstation expansion module for the first time, fully charge it once by connecting it with the compatible main unit. There is no other connection option.
• Connect the expansion battery to a compatible Powerstation using the corresponding connection port.
• Use only the CP3500 cable provided for this.
• The main unit controls the charging and discharging process fully automatically. When charging, the main unit is charged first, followed by the expansion module. When discharging, the expansion module is discharged first, then the main unit.
• To activate the charge level indicator, press the control button. The charge level is displayed with 4 LEDs in 25% steps.
