USER MANUAL AR444 ARDES

GB This product is only suitable for well insulated spaces or occasional use.

ATTENTION : read this booklet carefully it contains important instructions for a safe installation, use and maintenance. Important instructions to be kept for future reference.

  • This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with recphysical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
    • Children shall not play with the appliance.
  • Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
  • Children of less than 3 years should be kept away unless continuously supervised.
  • Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall only switch on/off the appliance provide that it has been placed or installed in its intended normal operating position and they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.

  • Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall not plug in, regulate and clean the appliance or perform user maintenance.

  • Use this heater on a horizontal and stable surface.
  • WARNING: Do not use this heater in small rooms when they are occupied by persons not capable of leaving the room on their own, unless constant supervision is provided.
  • WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire, d use this product near textiles, curtains or other combustible materials.
  • Do not use this heater with a programmer, timer, separate remote-control system or any other device that switches the heater on automatically, since a fire risk exists if the heater is covered or positioned incorrectly.
  • Don’t connect the appliance to the power supply and don’t use it unless it is completely assembled (see mounting instructions).

Instructions for use

SUPPORTS ASSEMBLY.

Turn the appliance over, rest the plastic supports in place ma the holes with those on the appliance. Then fix the supports with the 2 screws provided.

USER INSTRUCTIONS.

To turn on the appliance, insert the plug into the power outlet.

Turn the knob clockwise to select the power: 1 (400W); 2 (800 W).

The appliance is equipped with an automatic turn-off system in case it falls over accidentally.

Before connecting or disconnecting the appliance, make certain that all the switches are in the off position.

Before replacing the appliance in its packaging, check that it has cooled sufficiently.

Maintenance

Disconnect the plug from the socket and let the appliance cool down well before cleaning it.

In order to clean the appliance, use a soft or slight damp cloth.

Never use abrasives or chemical solvents.

Do not use very wet substances, liquids or cloths to prevent water from entering into the appliance and irreparably damaging it.

NEVER IMMERSE THE APPLIANCE INTO THE WATER.

The guarantee is valid for 24 months.

After the guarantee has expired, the appliance will be repaired against payment.
