Unplug the device and wait for it to cool down. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior. Never use abrasive products or water.
My heater turns off by itself. What should I do?
This is normal if the overheat protection is triggered. Make sure the air inlets are not blocked and the device is not too close to a wall. If the problem persists, check that it is not in a tilted position (tip-over protection).
How to adjust the temperature on the Iconiq AR4P21B?
Use the thermostat knob: turn it towards the hottest symbol to increase the temperature. The device will stop automatically when the room reaches the set temperature.
The fan continues to run after turning off the heater. Is this normal?
Yes, some models have a cooling function: the fan continues for a few moments to dissipate residual heat and protect the components.
Can I use the Iconiq AR4P21B in a bathroom?
No, this device is not designed for damp rooms. It must be used in a dry environment away from splashes.
How to activate the oscillation function?
Press the oscillation button (usually represented by a rotation icon). The device will start sweeping horizontally to distribute heat.

The maximum power is 2000 W with two settings: 1000 W and 2000 W. Use the highest power for quick heating.
