1. Clean the bowl and attachments before use.

2. Put your ingredients into the bowl

Note: A. The stand mixer body is not required if the total weight is less than 170g. B. The maximum capacity for our is 800g.

3. The mixing bowl should be set in the holder (SM3)

4. Install the beaters or hooks into the Hand Mixer body.9

Parts & Assembly Note: Make sure the hooks are installed in the correct holes.

5. Lock the Hand Mixer (HM3) into the Stand (SM3)

6. Make sure the speed button is on “0” before plugging into mains.

7. There are 5 speeds for choosing. The details are as follows

8. Once it has nished working, please press the unlock button and

remove the hand mixer.

9. Press the eject button to remove the attachments.

Eject Button Lock Button11 Precaution Make sure the household voltage corresponds with the voltage on the rating label (220V – 240V). Please use 6a socket single alone. sharing the socket with other appliance may lead to heating or re. Make sure the plug pins align with the socket when inserting as incorrect alignment may damage the pins. Switch off the socket and gently remove the plug from the wall outlet. The beater and dough hook must not be used at the same time. Please make sure the mixer is switched off before attaching the beater/dough hooks. Any accessories not supplied by Duronic specically for this model are not recommended for use.12 Warning Any appliance repairs must be made by a qualied technician only. The appliance must be kept out of reach of children. Do not operate the appliance with wet hands. Never submerge the appliance under water. Please keep hands, clothes, or any materials away from the rotating parts while the appliance is in operation. Do not operate the appliance if the adapter or cord is damaged. Please send in to a qualied technician or repairs centre. This appliance is made for household use only. The appliance must not be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a responsible person in a safe way and they understand the hazards involved. Cleaning and maintenance Always make sure the appliance is switched off and plugged out before any cleaning or maintenance. Always clean the motor and housing of the appliance with a soft dry cloth. The attachments, tray and mixing bowl can be immersed in water for cleaning. Do not use a metal or nylon brush to clean the product surface.
