Why does my diffuser stop working with an external battery?

The diffuser is designed for car use. Some external batteries may have compatibility issues. Preferably use a mains adapter or a car USB port.

The diffuser makes a noise, is this normal?

Yes, noise may occur when powering on or changing fragrance. This is normal and not a defect.

The diffuser does not start after USB connection, what should I do?

Press the power button to start the diffuser. On first connection, it operates in manual mode.

The diffuser does not connect to the app, how to solve?

Check that your phone's Bluetooth is enabled. Open the app and follow the connection instructions (see page 7 of the manual).

How do I know which fragrance is active?

The active fragrance is visible in the OlfaPure app. Use the app to manage fragrances.

Can I use all fragrances at the same time?

No, only one fragrance can be diffused at a time. You can schedule different fragrances via the app.

Can I remove the cartridge during operation?

No, it is forbidden to open or remove the cartridge while the device is running, as this may cause malfunction.

Is continuous use harmful to health?

Each fragrance is IFRA certified, guaranteeing that the ingredients are safe for the user.

Why is my cartridge not recognized?

Avoid touching the surface of the cartridge's SIM card and do not remove the cartridge while powered to protect data reading.

How to clean the diffuser?

Unplug the device, then clean it with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquids or chemicals.

Philips car aroma diffuser sometimes stops working after being connected to a battery bank.

Solution 1

Philips car aroma diffuser has been designed for automotive use, the device can also work when the USB cable is plugged to a socket at home via an adopter, on the other hand, for power banks there might be compatibility issues.

There is sound coming from Philips car aroma diffuser when it is switched on.

This sound comes when the device is in operation and is the sound of the motor. when device is powered on or we switch the scent by single touch of the top button or by using app.

Please don't use hand or other object to touch the surface of sim card in cartridge in order to protect the cartridge data reading effectively. Please also don't remove the cartridge when device power is on.
