How to assemble the radiator wheels?

Place the radiator upside down on a soft surface. Pass the U-bolt between the last and second-to-last fin, insert the curved bracket and tighten the wing nuts. Then attach the wheels to the bracket. Repeat for the other side.

What are the available power levels and how to select them?

The power levels are: P1 = 1000 W, P2 = 1500 W, P3 = 2500 W. Use the power selector (MODE button) to choose the desired level.

How to set the timer on the radiator?

Press the TIMER button to select a shutdown duration of up to 24 hours. You can also do this from the mobile app or remote control.

How to connect the radiator to the Orbegozo app?

Install the Orbegozo APP, create an account. Turn on your mobile Wi-Fi. On the radiator, hold down the TIMER button until the Wi-Fi symbol flashes. In the app, add a device and let it detect the radiator.

What to do if the radiator leaks oil?

Do not open the radiator. Contact the manufacturer or an authorized service. Repairs requiring opening the oil container must be done by the manufacturer.

How to clean the oil radiator?

Unplug the appliance. Clean the exterior with a damp cloth, then dry with a soft cloth. Do not use wax or shiny products that might react to heat.

What safety distances must be observed?

Maintain a distance of at least 90 cm between the radiator and any combustible object (furniture, curtains, clothing). For curtains, allow a minimum of 1 meter from the air outlet.

Can I use this radiator in a bathroom?

No, do not use it in the immediate vicinity of a bathtub, shower, or swimming pool. It must be installed so that switches and thermostats cannot be touched by a person in water.

How to store the radiator off-season?

Clean it, remove the wheels and put it back in its original carton. Store it in a cool, dry place. You can also cover it without disassembling.

What to do if the appliance is damaged or does not work properly?

Do not use the appliance if there is visible damage. Contact an authorized technical service. Do not pull the cord to unplug.

PUESTA EN FUNCIONAMIENTO DEL RADIADOR

Read the operating instructions carefully before putting the appliance into operation and keep the instructions including the warranty, the receipt and, if possible, the box with the internal packing. If you give this device to other people, please also pass on the operating instructions.

General:

1. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children must never play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance must never be carried out by children without supervision.

2. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

3. WARNING: In order to ensure your children's safety, please keep all packaging (plastic bags, boxes, polystyrene etc.) out of their reach.

4. If the supply cord is damaged it must be repaired by the Authorized Service Agent in order to avoid hazards.

5. Never pull on the cord when unplugging.

6. Do not use the unit with a damaged cord or plug, or if it is not working properly.

7. Do not handle the appliance with wet hands.

8. Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.

9. Make sure the appliance has been unplugged before cleaning.

10. This appliance must be installed following the national regulations for electrical installations.

Specific:

1. The meaning of figure ☑ in marking is "DO NOT COVER". WARNING: In order to avoid overheating, do not cover the heater.

2. Children of less than 3 years should be kept away unless continuously supervised.

3. Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall only switch on/off the appliance provided that it has been placed or installed in its intended normal operating position and they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall not plug in, regulate and clean the appliance or perform user maintenance.

4. CAUTION: Some parts of this product can become very hot and cause burns. Particular attention has to be given where children and vulnerable people are present.

5. The device should not be placed immediately below a socket base.

6. Do not place a heater in use near curtains, furniture, wood panelling or combustible material which can deteriorate with heat.

7. Do not use this heater in the immediate vicinity of a bath, shower or pool.

8. This radiator is filled with an exact amount of special oil. Repairs that require opening the container of oil should only be undertaken by the manufacturer or its authorized service, which should be notified if your radiator is leaking oil.

9. Regulations concerning the disposal of the oil when scraping the appliance have to be followed.

10. Always disconnect the heater from the main supply when not in use and when cleaning.
11. Keep the heater a distance of at least 90cm from any combustible material such us furniture, curtains, bedding, cloths or papers.
12. Do not attempt to open any part of the oil fins.
13. Keep the heater clean. Do not allow objects to enter the ventilation, as this may cause electric shock, fire or damage the heater.
14. Do not use this heater if it has been dropped.
15. Do not use if there are visible signs of damage to the heater.
16. Use this heating appliance on a horizontal and stable surface, or if possible fix it to a wall.
17. WARNING: Do not use this heater in rooms that are occupied by persons who cannot leave the room by themselves, unless permanent surveillance is provided.
18. WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire, keep textiles, curtains, or other flammable material at least 1m away from the air outlet.

ASSEMBLY OF THE RAW SERIES

The oil radiator is packed with the wheels not assembled. Please make sure that they are right assembled before turning the device on. Remove the heater and all the accessories from the carton.

1- Turn the radiator upside down carefully and place it over a carpet or any other soft surface in order not to damage the unit.
2- Pass the "U bolt" in between the last and next-to-last fin and make it fit the holes of the curved support. Screw the U bolt to the curved support with the help of the wing nuts. Then, screw the wheels to the support. See picture below.
3- Repeat step 2 in between the first and the second fin, using the curved support.
4- Turn the heater the right way up. The unit should be as shown in the picture in "parts description" section.

NOTA: Depending on the model, it can incorporate one of the curved supports or even both. In case of having a curved support, this would be installed in the front part of the radiator.

STARTING THE RADIATOR

Place the radiator on the floor at least 1 m away from the wall or other objects such as furniture, curtains or plants (make sure the power supply socket you are going to use meets the requirements specified on the radiator data plate).

Connect the radiator to the main socket.

SWITCHING ON AND POWER SELECTION

1. Select the power of the radiators by pressing the MODE button:

1. You can view the room temperature only through the mobile application.

2. The display will show the temperature selected either from the application or from the remote.

3. You can select a shutdown timer of up to 24 hours, both in the radiator and in the APP and remote control.

WIFI CONECTION – Orbegozo APP

1. Install the "Orbegozo APP" application. Create a user account.

2. Activate the WIFI function on your mobile and connect to the wireless network.

3. On the radiator, keep the TIMER key pressed until the Wi-Fi symbol appears blinking.

4. Enter the app and select "Add device".

5. Select the device from the list or let the app detect the radiator itself.

6. The application will be linked to the device and you can control it from your mobile.

USE OF THE APP

From the APP you can:

- Change the temperature

- View room temperature (under selected temperature)

- Change the power (P1, P2 and P3)

- Select the sleep timer

- Turn off the display light

- In the Intelligence section you can freely program the behavior of the radiator at the time you want.

STORING YOUR OIL RADIATOR

- Save the box for off season storage.

- Clean the heater following the cleaning instructions above.

- Remove the wheel base assemblies.

- Place the radiator, and wheel assemblies in the original box, and store in a cool and dry place.

- If you choose to store your heater fully assembled, be sure to cover it to protect it from dust.

The European directive 2012/19/EU on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE), requires that old household electrical appliances must not be disposed of in the normal unsorted municipal waste stream. Old appliances must be collected separately in order to optimize the recovery and recycling of the materials they contain, and reduce the impact on human health and the environment.
