How to adjust the temperature?

Turn the thermostat clockwise to increase the temperature, and counterclockwise to decrease it. The thermostat automatically maintains the chosen temperature.

How to clean the heater?

Unplug the appliance and let it cool down. Clean the exterior with a clean damp cloth, then dry. Do not use harsh chemicals and do not immerse the appliance.

What to do if the heater does not heat?

Check that the appliance is plugged in and the thermostat is set above room temperature. Make sure the power button is in a position other than 0. If the problem persists, contact a professional.

Is it safe to leave the heater on overnight?

The heater is equipped with safety devices (overheat protection and tilt switch). However, it is not recommended to leave it unattended, especially in a room where vulnerable people or children are present.

Can I use an extension cord?

It is not recommended to use an extension cord as it may cause overheating. If necessary, use an extension cord with sufficient cross-section (at least 1.5 mm²) and fully unwound.

The heater makes noise, is it normal?

A slight metallic expansion noise may occur during heating and cooling. If the noise is loud or unusual, check that the heater is level and the castors are properly attached.

How to assemble the legs and castors?

Turn the heater upright. Attach the two legs under the appliance using the provided screws, then insert the four castors into the legs. Place the heater on a flat surface.

What is the power consumption?

The maximum power is 2400 W. In use, it varies depending on the selected level: 1000 W, 1400 W or 2400 W. Actual consumption depends on the thermostat.

The heater turns off by itself, why?

This may be due to the overheat protection if the appliance is covered or obstructed, or the tilt switch if it is tilted. Let it cool down, remove any objects, and place it on a stable surface.

Can I mount the heater on the wall?

No, this heater is designed for floor use only, with the provided legs and castors. Do not mount it on the wall.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

1. Read and save these instructions. Attention: pictures in the IM are for reference only.
2. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
3. Children shall not play with the appliance.

24. Never cover the appliance and ensure sufficient distance to flammable material! Otherwise there is a risk of fire and explosion.

26. The metal housing of the appliance can become very hot during operation. To avoid burns, never touch it during operation and keep children away from it. When you stop using the appliance, let it cool down for an adequate amount of time before you touch or store it. If you do not use the appliance for long time, always disconnect it from the mains.

INSTALLATION AND FIRST USE

• Take the appliance out of the packaging and remove the protective bag.
- Take the appliance upside down. Attach the two feet onto the bottom of the appliance and fix with the provided screws. Insert the four small wheels into the two feet. Then place the appliance on an even, firm and clean surface, and observe the safety distance between the appliance and other objects.

Always place the appliance with a sufficient safety distance to inflammable materials or gases.

Ensure that housing, heating element, power cord and plug are not damaged.

USING THE APPLIANCE

• Set the thermostat to the minimal position and insert the plug to the power supply.
• Turn the thermostat control clockwise all the way round until you hear a "click" sound, this sound indicates that the appliance is activated.
  • Turn on the power setting switch to choose the setting 1000W / 1400W / 2400W.
• Turning the thermostat clockwise will always increase the set temperature; turning it anticlockwise will decrease the set temperature.
  • The thermostat will automatically turn the heater on and off to keep the setting temperature.

SAFETY SYSTEM

• The appliance has a safety system which automatically switches the unit off when overheated.
- If overheating occurs, switch off the appliance, remove the plug from the socket, and let it cool down for at least 30 minutes. Put the plug in the socket and switch on the heater.
- This heater is equipped with a tilt protection safety device. It has tilt protection safety functions and automatically switches off the power. For safety reasons, the unit will automatically switch off the power if it is put on unstable or uneven surfaces or if it is tilted accidentally.

CLEANING

- Always disconnect the appliance from the mains before cleaning it! Ensure that it has cooled down completely.

• Clean the outside of the appliance with a damp and clean cloth and dry it with a dry cloth afterwards.
• Never use aggressive cleaning agents or chemicals, only use mild detergents.
• Never disassemble the appliance for cleaning.
• Never rinse or spray the appliance with water.
• Do not immerse the appliance in water or other liquids.
