Can I use fast charging with any phone?

No, Quick Charge 3.0 only works with Qualcomm-compatible devices. Otherwise, the output is standard 5.1V.

How to check the remaining charge level?

Press the power button. The LEDs indicate the level: 3 LEDs = 61-100%, 2 LEDs = 31-60%, 1 LED = 5-30%, blinking = less than 5%.

What if the lights blink abnormally?

All LEDs blinking indicates an error. Reconnect the power bank cable to reset. If the problem persists, contact customer service.

How to turn on the LED flashlight?

Hold the power button for 3 to 5 seconds to turn the built-in flashlight on or off.

Which devices can I charge simultaneously?

You can charge up to three devices at the same time using the three ports. Total power should not exceed 23.5W.

What safety precautions should I take?

Do not expose to water, fire, or temperatures above 60°C. Do not disassemble. Use between 0°C and 35°C for charging. Disconnect after full charge.

* To stop the Power Bank from blinking when an error is detected, replug the cable from the Power Bank.

• When the Power Bank starts to charge your devices, the LED indicators will light up and begin to flashe after 5 seconds.
• When you press the power button of the Power Bank without charging a device on it, the LED indicators light up to display its power status. It turns off after 5 seconds.
• Press and hold the power button for 3\~5 seconds to turn on or turn off the LED flashlight.
