  • This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:

sta kitchen areas in shops, oces and other working environments;

by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments;

Before using your hand mixer for the rst time, wash the dough hooks and beaters in warm soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.Wipe the outer surface of the mixer body with a damp cloth. OPERATION Fitting the beaters You can use the beaters for whipping egg white and cream, making cakes and mixing batters. Insert the beaters into the attachment holes on the mixer until they click into place.EN

Fitting the dough hooks You can use the dough hooks for heavier mixes such as pastry and kneading dough, also mashed potato. One of the dough hooks has two rings on the shaft. Insert this hook into the large hole on the mixer. Insert the other dough hook to the small hole on the mixer. Using your hand mixer

1. Ensure that the speed selector is set to the “0” position.

2. Plug in the appliance.

3. Place the ingredients in a bowl.

4. Lower the beaters or dough hooks into the ingredients.

5. Switch the mixer on by turning the speed selector to the “1” position.

  • Your appliance has 5 speeds ( 1 : lowest speed, 5 : Highest speed).
  • Start slowly to prevent splashing and smoothly speed up till you reach your required speed.
  • Turbo function: Press and hold the TURBO button to obtain maximum speed. Release the button and the appliance will return to the previously selected speed. DO NOT operate more than 5 minutes at one time. After 5 minutes continuous use, allow a few minutes rest before next use. The Turbo button should only be pressed for a few seconds at a time. You can use the following guide for attachment and speed selections. NOTE : Start mixing at the lowest speed and gradually increase as needed.EN

6. When you have nished using the mixer, set the speed selector to the “0” position.

7. Unplug the appliance from the mains socket.

8. To remove the beaters of dough hooks, press the EJECT button and lift the attachments o the mixer

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Warning: Always turn o and unplug the appliance before cleaning.

  • Clean the outside of the appliance with a slightly damp cloth. Dry thoroughly.
  • Never immerse the appliance in water.
  • Clean the removable parts in warm soapy water with a soft brush or cloth then rinse them thoroughly.
  • Do not use abrasive or chemical cleaning agents. Surfaces in contact with food should be cleaned regularly to avoid cross contamination from dierent types of food, the use of warm clean water with a mild detergent is advisable when dealing with surfaces that come into contact with food. Correct food hygiene practises should always be followed at all times to avoid possibility of food poisoning /cross contamination. Dry the entire appliance with a dry cloth before replacing.
