• If the model of your appliance does not have the accessories described above, they can also be bought se- parately from the Technical Assis- tance Service. USE AND CARE:

• Fully extend the Charger’s output cable before each use.

• Do not use the appliance if its ac- cessories are not properly tted.

• Do not use the appliance if its ac- cessories attached to it are defecti- ve. Replace them immediately.

• Do not use the appliance if on/off switch doesn’t works.

• If you use the appliance in a ba- throom or similar place, unplug the charger from the mains when it is not in use, even if it is only for a short while, as proximity to water involves a risk, even if the applian- ce is disconnected.

• Disconnect the charger from the mains when not in use, before un- dertaking any cleaning task make any adjustment or accessory chan- ge.

• Store this appliance out of reach of children and/or persons with physi- cal, sensory or reduced mental or lack of experience and knowledge.

• Never rest the appliance into a sur- face while in use.

• Keep the appliance in good condi- tion. Check that the moving parts are not misaligned or jammed and make sure there are no broken parts or anomalies that may pre- vent the appliance from operating correctly.

• Pay special attention when as- sembling and removing the acces- sories, as the blades are sharp. Be careful and avoid direct contact with the blades’ cutting edges.

• Never leave the appliance connec- ted and unattended if is not in use. This saves energy and prolongs the life of the appliance.

• Do not use the appliance with pets or animals.

• Do not open the battery/ies under any circumstances whatsoever.

• Use the appliance only with the battery/ies for which has been spe- cically designed. The use of any other battery/ies can cause an ex- plosion or re hazard.EN CHARGING THE BATTERY:

• Caution: a new battery is not fu- lly charged and must therefore be charged before the appliance is used for the rst time.

• Charge the battery at an atmos- pheric temperature of between 4 and 40ºC

• Connect the charger to the jack using the socket on the appliance. The socket is located at the lower/ back part of the appliance.

• Plug the charger into the mains.

• The red light will come on to indi- cated that the charger is charging the battery

• Approximately 8 hours are needed for a complete charger of the ba- ttery. Never attempt to overcharge the battery (although it is recom- mended that the rst charge of the battery be of 16 hours in duration)

• When the battery is full charged, disconnect the charger from the mains supply.

• Do not use the appliance while it is connected to the charger.

• Make sure that all products’ packa- ging has been removed.

• Before using this product for the rst time, it is important to make a full charge of batteries. USE:

• The appliance can be used by using his batteries.

• Extend the cable completely before plugging it in.

• Connect the appliance to the mains.

• Remove the protective cover

• Make sure that the blades are co- rrectly aligned.

• Turn the appliance on, by using the on/off button.

• The green light (?) will come on to indicated that the battery is dis- charging

• Turn the appliance on, by using the selection knob.

• Select the desired cutting height using the comb height selector Press it and adjust the height ac- cording to the desired cutting len- gth.

• The appliance gives to you the choice of trimming or shaving.

ONCE YOU HAVE FINISHED

USING THE APPLIANCE:

• Unplug the charger from the mains.

• Clean the appliance.

• Put on the protective cover.

• To keep the trimmer working pro- perly. Oil it with light machine oil after each use. SAFETY THERMAL PROTECTOR:

• The appliance has a safety device, which protects the appliance from overheating.

• If the appliance turns itself off and does not switch itself on again, dis- connect it from the mains supply, and wait for approximately 15 mi- nutes before reconnecting. If the machine does not start again seek authorized technical assistance. CLEANING:

• Disconnect the charger from the mains and allow it to cool before undertaking any cleaning task.

• WARNING: Detach the hand-held part from the charger’s output cord before cleaning it in water.

• Clean the equipment with a damp cloth with a few drops of was- hing-up liquid and then dry.

• Do not use solvents, or products with an acid or base pH such as bleach, or abrasive products, for cleaning the appliance.

• Never submerge the appliance in water or any other liquid or place it under running water.

• During the cleaning process, take special care with the blades, as they are very sharp.

• If the appliance is not in good con- dition of cleanliness, its surface may degrade and inexorably affect the duration of the appliance’s use- ful life and could become unsafe to us.

• Clean the blades and the comb guide with the cleaning brush. Re- move the hairs from the blades and from inside the appliance with the brush. It is important to clean off re- maining hairs after each use.

• NEVER disassemble the blades from the appliance for clean it.

• CAUTION: It is important that the batteries are fully dischyarged prior to its withdrawal from the appara- tus.

• CATUION: The appliance must be disconnected from the supply mains whdn removing the batte- ries.

• Open the top shell of the appa- ratus, removing previously with the help of a screwdriver xing screws.

• Identify the battery wires and cut their (Red and Black). To avoid risks of a short circuit with a pos- sible residual battery load, rst cut the Red wire and protect it by using insulating tape, then pro- ceed to cut the Black wire proce- eding in the same way.

• Safely remove the battery from its housing.
