How to reset the Arenti VBELL 1 doorbell?

Press and hold the reset button for 5 seconds. The camera will beep when the operation is complete.

How to pair the chime with the doorbell?

Briefly press the chime button (within 2 seconds) to enter pairing mode (red LED flashing). Then press the doorbell button on the camera. The chime LED will turn off and a ringtone will play to confirm pairing.

What to do if the camera LED flashes red slowly?

A slow red flash means the camera is waiting for network configuration. Make sure you have followed the setup steps in the Arenti app.

Which microSD card is compatible with the VBELL 1?

The camera supports microSD cards up to 256 GB. Insert the card into the designated slot.

How to change the Wi-Fi network of the doorbell?

Restore the camera to factory settings (reset) and follow step 5 in the app again to add the camera to the new Wi-Fi network.

What is the battery life of the VBELL 1?

The standby time can reach up to 10 months. With normal usage (10 triggers per day), it is about 3 months.

How to install the doorbell without screws?

Use the provided 3M stickers. Attach the bracket to the camera with the screw, then stick the adhesive pads on the bracket and apply to the wall.

The app cannot find the camera, what to do?

Check that your smartphone is connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network (the camera does not support 5 GHz). Make sure the camera is powered on and the LED is flashing red slowly. Restart the app and try again.

Can I add multiple doorbells to a single chime?

Yes, the chime can connect to up to eight doorbells. Follow the pairing procedure for each doorbell.

Does the doorbell work without the chime?

Yes, the doorbell can function independently. You will receive notifications on your smartphone via the Arenti app. The chime is an additional accessory.

3. Installation

Installation with screws

1. Fix the bracket to the wall with the mounting screws.
2. Install the camera in the bracket and lock it with the screw.

Installation with 3M stickers

1. Lock the bracket to camera with the screw at the bottom.
2. Stick the adhesive tapes to the barcket.
3. Stick the other side of adhesive tapes to the wall.

4. Product configuration

Step 1 Turn on your camera.

Step 2 Connect your smartphone to the Wi-Fi network.

Step 3 Download Arenti app from the App Store or Google Play depending on your device.

Step 4 Launch the App and sign up for the first use.

Step 5 Follow the on-screen instructions to add your camera.

To change Wi-Fi network, please restore the camera to factory settings and follow step 5 to add the camera.

Chime Pairing

1. Short press " 🔺 " (within 2 seconds), the status light flashes red slowly and the chime will be in pairing mode.

During pairing mode, it will blink red

1. Press the doorbell button to pair, when the chime status light turns off, and the song will play automatically, the chime pairing is successful at this time.

Description:

1. The chime can connect to maximum eight doorbells.
2. When the chime is in pairing mode, press the "💡" again (within 2 seconds), the chime will automatically exit the pairing mode.

3. After adding the chime successfully, the volume will be adjusted to the maximum automatically. When it is at the minimum volume, it will return to the maximum volume after pressing " 🔊".

4. Each press " musical", will play the next song along with blinking blue light.
