USER MANUAL Fresko invisible TAURUS

• Donotusetheapplianceiftheon/offswitchdoesnot work.

• To reduce the risk of electric shock, ensure electricity has been turned off at the circuit breaker or fuse box before beginning.

• Allwiringmustbeinaccordancewiththenationaland localelectricalcodes.Electricalinstallationshouldbe performedbyaqualiedelectrician.

• Be sure to remove all packaging material from inside the appliance. FAN INSTALLATION

• See “FAN INSTALLATION” at the beginning of the instructionmanual.(Steps1-6).

• Cutoffthepowerbeforeanyinstallationorassembly operation.

• Takethemotoroutofthepackaging.Toavoiddamaging thehousingsurfaces,mountthemotoronasoftsurface.

• Inordertoavoidelectricshock,makesurethatthepower supplyhasbeenpreviouslydisconnected.

• The electrical installation must be done in accordance withnationalregulations.

• It is recommended that the installation be done by a professional.

• Install the fan at a minimum distance of 2,50 meters from thegroundorotherobjects.

• Caution: During the handling of batteries, do not touch bothpolesatthesametime,asthiswillprovokethe partial discharge of the stocked energy, therefore, affectinglongevity.

• Removethecoverofthebatterycompartment.

• Check that the plastic covering that protects the battery hasbeenremoved(somebatteriesaresoldwitha protectivecovering).

• Putthebatteryinitscompartment,respectingthepolarity. Thebatterieshavetobe1,5VAAA.

• Turntheapplianceonbyusingtheon/offbutton(2).

• Rotation direction change: The device has a button (3) thatallowsthedirectionofrotationofthebladestobe changed.

• Summer function: The movement of the blades generatesabreezethatreducesthehighambient temperatures and provides a pleasant sensation of freshness.

• Winter function:Inthisway,thefandrivesthehotair accumulatedontheceilingoftheroomdownwards, balancing the room temperature and creating a cosy climate.

• Light:Pressbutton(5)toturnthelighton/off.Tochange colour,pressalsothebutton(5).

• IMPORTANT: When turning the light on and off, if it takes morethan10secondstoturnthelightonagain,itwill keepthesamecolour.Ifittakeslessthan10seconds, thelightcolourwillchange.

• Herearesomesuggestionstohelpyoumaintainyourfan.

• Becauseofthefan’snaturalmovement,some connectionsmaybecomeloose.Checkthesupport connections,brackets,andbladeattachmentstwicea year.Makesuretheyaresecure.(Itisnotnecessaryto removethefanfromtheceiling.)

• Cleanyourfanperiodicallytohelpmaintainitsnew appearanceovertheyears.Useonlyasoftbrushor lint-freeclothtoavoidscratchingthenish.Theplating issealedwithalacquertominimizediscolourationor tarnishing.Donotusewaterwhencleaning.Thiscould damagethemotororpossiblycauseanelectricshock.

• DonotusesolventsorproductswithanacidorbasepH, such as bleach, or abrasive products, for cleaning the appliance.
