How to fill the water tank?

Make sure the appliance is unplugged. Remove the tank by pressing the eject button, open the cap, fill with 300 ml of water (preferably demineralized), close and replace.

What type of water to use?

It is recommended to use demineralized water to avoid limescale. Tap water can be used but more frequent descaling will be necessary.

How long does it take for the appliance to heat up?

Preheating takes about 30 seconds. The indicator stops flashing and stays on when the appliance is ready.

How to use steam on clothes?

Hang the garment on a hanger. Plug in the appliance, turn it on, select the desired steam level. Hold the appliance vertically facing the garment and activate the steam jet. Use the brushes for better penetration.

What to do if the appliance no longer produces steam?

Check that the tank contains water. If the indicator flashes quickly, the appliance has shut off automatically (empty tank or inactivity). Fill the tank and let it cool down before restarting.

How to clean and descale the appliance?

Unplug and let it cool down. Clean the exterior with a damp cloth. For descaling, fill the tank with a mixture of 50% water, 50% white vinegar, then use the appliance until empty. Then rinse with clean water.

Can the appliance be used on all fabrics?

It is advisable to test on a hidden area, especially on synthetic fabrics like acrylic. The steam is very hot, never use it on a garment being worn.

Can I leave the appliance unattended?

No, the steam iron should never be left unattended while plugged in, and until it has cooled down (about 1 hour). Always unplug it after use.

How to install and remove the brushes?

Before removing or attaching a brush, always unplug the appliance and make sure it has cooled down. The brushes snap onto the head of the appliance.
