SAFETY

Before using the appliance, carefully read this manual. You must keep this manual, warranty, receipt and, if possible, a cardboard box and internal packaging.

1. Before connecting the kettle to the power supply, check the voltage indicated on the device corresponds to the voltage in your house. If it is not, contact your dealer and do not use the kettle.
2. Do not let cord hang over the edge of the table, counter or touch the hot surfaces.
3. Do not place on or near a gas, electric burner or a heated oven.
4. Do not use the device when it is empty to avoid damage to the heating elements.

HOW TO USE

1. Open the kettle(Fig.1), pour in the water(Fig.2) and close the lid. In order to avoid burns wait a moment after boiling. The water should not be below the minimum level indication or above the maximum level indication.
2. Insert the plug into the socket(Fig.3), place the kettle on the base(Fig.4) and switch on the appliance with the switch(Fig.5). Remember: Do not switch on the kettle before placing it on the base.
3. The kettle switches off automatically after boiling.
4. Wait for the water to stop boiling before pouring the water out of the kettle.
5. If the kettle switches off automatically before the water boils, this means that the excess stone in the kettle needs to be removed.
6. Fill the kettle with water to the maximum level and empty it after boiling.

Repeat this step and clean the kettle to remove the resulting odor.

STORAGE

1. To store the power cord, wrap it around the reel under the base.(Fig.6)

CLEANING

1. Before cleaning, please disconnect the appliance from the mains by removing the plug from the socket and let the appliance cool down.
2. Do not immerse the kettle, power cord, plug or outlet in the water.
3. Make sure the wire of the electronic circuit is dry.
4. Wipe the body of the kettle with a damp cloth. Do not use scouring powder or cleaning agents as these can damage the surface of the kettle.
5. Remove the scale filter from the kettle and clean it carefully with a soft nylon brush under a running tap.(Fig.7)

DESCALING

1. Use a product intended for descaling, follow the instructions of the intended product.
2. Pour 0.5 liters of white vinegar 8% into the kettle, let it stand for an hour, then pour out the vinegar and rinse the kettle 4 to 5 times with clean water.
3. Pour more than 0.5 liters of water into the kettle, sprinkle with 25 grams of citric acid, let it stand for 15 minutes and finally rinse 4 to 5 times with clean water.

SOLVING A PROBLEM

Error	The reason for the error and how to deal with
Auto shut-off before boiling	1. This problem is usually due to the presence of scale kettle, so it can be removed by eliminating the scale.2. This may also be inadequate the amount of water in kettle or the inclusion of an empty kettle, which triggers kettle protection against running dry. In order to reset the device again, pour cold water into the kettle; reset secur after approximately 2 minutes; then you can restart the kettle.
Kettle does not work	1. Make sure the plug is properly inserted into the socke and that the socket is working.2. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced w same type of cord from the manufacturer's service perso department.3. If you use the kettle without a water protection device off the power supply.
The water in the kettle has a strange smell	1. This problem usually occurs when the kettle is used t the first time. In order to solve this problem, proceed in accordance with section 6 at “HOW TO USE”.2. If the problem persists, fill the kettle with water up to maximum level, add two tablespoons of baking soda, an after boiling empty the kettle.
Inside the kettle water is dirty and you can see the scale.	Due to the hard water, a precipitate forms in the form o calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate. Just regula decalcify kettle.
