How to set up my Formuler Z11 Pro for the first time?

Plug in the power adapter, connect to your TV via HDMI, then follow the on-screen instructions to set up the Internet connection and IPTV services.

How to update the firmware of the Z11 Pro?

Go to Settings > About > System update. Make sure you are connected to the Internet. Download and install the latest version.

What to do if the device does not turn on?

Check that the power adapter is properly plugged in and that the outlet works. Try another power cable. If nothing happens, contact technical support.

How to connect the receiver to the Internet?

You can use an Ethernet cable or connect via Wi-Fi. In Settings, select Network and choose your method.

• Never attempt to repair FORMULER yourself. Do not attempt to open, disassemble the device. You run the risk of electric shock.

• Use this product only with approved equipment and/or accessories.
