What is the maximum bowl capacity?

The maximum capacity is 1 L for milk and fruit mixtures. For other preparations, do not exceed the maximum graduation indicated.

Can I blend hot foods?

No, the maximum food temperature is 40°C. Do not blend hot foods to avoid burns and damage.

How to clean the blender?

The glass bowl and lids can be washed in the dishwasher. The motor unit must be wiped with a damp cloth. Never immerse the motor unit in water.

Can I blend solid ingredients like ice cubes?

The blender is designed for soft or moderately hard foods (onions, carrots, fruits). It is not recommended for ice cubes or very hard foods.

How to use the Pulse function?

Turn the speed adjustment knob to the P position and hold it for 1-2 seconds. Release to stop. This function allows short bursts at high speed.

What to do if the blender does not start?

Check that the appliance is plugged in, the bowl and lid are correctly installed, and the knob is in a position other than OFF. If the problem persists, contact an authorized service.

Are the blades removable?

Yes, the cutting system (blades) can be removed for cleaning. Caution: the blades are very sharp; use the plastic part to handle them.

Can I use the blender without the lid?

No, never use the appliance without the lid. The lid must be tightly closed to avoid splashes and injuries.

Where to find spare parts?

Use only original parts or those recommended by the manufacturer. Contact Beko after-sales service to obtain spare parts.

How to store the blender?

Unplug the appliance, clean and dry it. Store it in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children. Wind the cable under the appliance.

1 Important safety and environmental instructions

This section contains safety instructions that will help protect from risk of personal injury or property damage.

Failure to follow these instructions invalidates the granted warranty.

1.1 General safety

• This appliance complies with the international safety standards.
• This appliance can be used by people who have limited physical, sensory or mental capacity or who do not have knowledge and experience, provided that they are supervised or they understand the instructions with regard to safe use of the product and potential dangers.
• Do not use it if the power cable, blades or the appliance itself is damaged. Contact an authorised service.
• Only use the original parts or parts recommended by the manufacturer.
• Do not attempt to dismantle the appliance.

• Do not operate or place any part of this appliance or its parts on or near hot surfaces.
• Do not use the device for hot food.
• Your mains power supply should comply with the information supplied on the rating plate of the appliance.
• Do not use the appliance with an extension cord.
• Do not touch the plug of the appliance with damp or wet hands.
• Do not pull the power cable when unplugging the appliance.
• Unplug the appliance before cleaning, disassembly, accessory replacement and wait for it to stop completely.
• When emptying the container, during cleaning and grabbing chopping blades with bare hands serious injuries could result due to incorrect use. Use the plastic section trying to hold the chopping blade.
• Never touch blades while using the appliance. There is the possibility of injury due to incorrect usage.

• After cleaning, dry the appliance and all parts before connecting it to mains supply and before attaching the parts.
- Do not immerse the appliance, power cable, or power plug in water or any other liquids.
- If you keep the packaging materials, store them out of the reach of children.
- Children shall not use the appliance. Keep the appliance out of the reach of children.

1.2 Compliance with the WEEE Directive and Disposing of the Waste Product:

This product complies with EU WEEE Directive (2012/19/EU). This product bears a classification symbol for waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE).

This symbol indicates that this product shall not be disposed with other household wastes at the end of its service life. Used device must be returned to offical collection point for recycling of electrical and electronic devices. 1.3 Compliance with RoHS Directive

The product you have purchased complies with EU RoHS Directive (2011/65/EU). It does not contain harmful and prohibited materials specified in the Directive.

1.4 Package information

Packaging materials of the product are manufactured from recyclable materials in accordance with our National Environment Regulations. Do not dispose of the packaging materials together with the domestic or other wastes. Take them to the packaging material collection points designated by the local authorities.

1.5 Things to do for energy saving

Cut the solid food into small pieces before placing them in the appliance as stated in the user manual. Follow the other instructions and times specified in the manual. Select low speed levels if suitable for the food to be prepared. Switch off and unplug the appliance after using it.

2 Operation

2.1 Intended use

This appliance is intended only for household use; it is not suitable for professional use. It is designed to chop small amounts of solid foods (onions, potatoes, carrots, etc.) and fruit (strawberries, bananas, etc.).

2.2 Removing the chopping blade

WARNING: Do not touch the blades with your bare hands.

2.3 Operation

WARNING:

• Fill the container with milk up to 1000 ml when you make fruit milk mixes (strawberry, banana, etc.) Otherwise, overflowing or leaks may occur during the process.
• Do not use the appliance to chop dry fruits such as almonds or hazelnuts.
• You can process food with maximum 40°C of temperature in your appliance.
• Do not insert any foreign objects into the glass container (3) when the appliance is in use.
• Do not remove ingredients from the glass container (3) before chopping blade (9) has completely stopped.

During the mixing process, use measuring cap (1) hole to put ingredients in glass container.

2 Operation

2.4 Position "P"

Operating the appliance with the speed adjustment button in (7) position "P" for 1-2 seconds is called "PULSE".

Hold speed adjustment button (7) in position "P" for mixing with high speed short pulses. When you release the button, speed adjustment button (7) returns to "OFF" position automatically and the appliance starts stopping.

3 Cleaning and care

3.1 Cleaning

Glass container (3) and covers can be washed in the dish-washer.

WARNING:

• Do not immerse the body (4) in water. You can wipe it with a damp cloth.
• Chopping blade (9) is sharp. Do not hold the sharp edge or immerse in water while cleaning.

3.2 Storage

• If you do not intend to use the appliance for a long time, store it carefully.
  • Unplug the appliance before lifting it.
• Store the appliance in a cool and dry place.
• Keep the appliance and cable out of the reach of children.

3.3 Handling and transportation

• During handling and transportation, carry the appliance in its original packaging. The packaging of the appliance protects it against physical damages.
• Do not place heavy loads on the appliance or the packaging. The appliance may be damaged.
• Dropping the appliance may render it non-operational or cause permanent damage.

3.3 Prenos i transport
