What is the maximum weight supported by the Julie One?

The Julie One supports a child weight of 22 kg (maximum total load: 25 kg). Beyond 22 kg or 48 months, it is recommended to switch to a larger stroller.

How to fold the Julie One in one move?

Folding is done in one move via a single button, without prior adjustment. The stroller automatically compacts to dimensions 27 x 50 x 60 cm and stands upright once folded for easy storage.

Do the wheels of the Julie One require inflation or maintenance?

No, the wheels are made of PU (polyurethane) maintenance-free and never require inflation. The shock absorbers on all four wheels absorb shocks on uneven terrain.

How to adjust the backrest inclination of the Julie One?

The backrest is adjusted using a rotary button in 3 positions: reclined, semi-reclined, and sitting. The adjustment is smooth and can be done with one hand without waking the child.

The brake activates on its own on slopes or rocky paths, what to do?

This phenomenon can occur on very rough terrain if the parking brake pedal is brushed by an obstacle. Check that the pedal is in the disengaged position before proceeding, and ensure that no debris is stuck under the pedal.

What accessories are included with the Julie One?

How to clean the fabrics of the Julie One?

The cushions and linings are removable polyester. Hand wash or machine wash at a maximum of 30°C with a mild detergent, no tumble drying. For the aluminum frame, a damp cloth is sufficient. Avoid abrasive products on the eco-leather handle.

Is the Julie One compatible with a car seat?

No, the Julie One is a stroller for walking and is not part of a combined carrycot-car seat system. For newborns, use the backrest in the reclined position from birth.

Does the Julie One fit into a standard car trunk?

When folded, the Julie One measures 27 x 50 x 60 cm and weighs 6.6 kg. It fits easily into most city car trunks. The included travel bag protects the trunk and facilitates handling.

How to adjust the 5-point harness of the Julie One?

Adjust the two shoulder straps and the crotch strap in length according to the child's size. The correct tension allows two flat fingers to slide between the strap and the child. The central buckle unclamps with a simple press to quickly remove the child.

Is the storage basket under the carrycot accessible when the stroller is deployed?

Yes, the lower basket is accessible from the back when the stroller is in motion. Its capacity is 3 kg maximum. Avoid overloading to prevent unbalancing the stroller, especially uphill.

5. Always use the restraint system.
6. Check that the seat unit is correctly engaged before use.
7. This product is not suitable for running or skating.
8. The vehicle is suitable for a child up to 22 kg or up to 4 years (whichever comes first).
9. For new born babies it is recommended to use the most reclined position.
10. Parking devices shall be engaged when placing and removing the children.
11. Maximum permissible load of the basket is 3 kg.
12. Any load attached to the handle and/or on the back of the backrest and/or on the sides of the vehicle will affect the stability of the vehicle.
13. The vehicle shall be used by only one child at a time.

14. Accesories which are not approved by the manufacturer shall not be used.

15. Only replacement parts supplied or recommended by the manufacturer shall be used.

16. Do not use the product on stairs.

How to assemble the pram

1. Unlock the locking hook. Grab the handle and lift it to unfold the trolley (1).

Warning! Be careful when unfolding the truck. Risk of being trapped!

1. Straighten the frame until you can hear a distinctive click (2).
2. Lift with both hands and unfold the pram until frames lock. Check if the pram has been unfolded properly and cannot fold on its own (3).
3. Unfold the canopy (4).
4. Slide the wheels into the frame of the cart.

Rear wheels assembly and disassembly

• To install the rear wheels, slide the pin into place (25).
• To remove the rear wheels, press the red button located under the wheel and then slide them out (26).

Front wheels disassembly

Press the button on the front wheels and slide them out of the frame.

Handle (5) (6)

• To disassemble the child's handle, press buttons on its sides and take it out.
• To fix the handle, insert it until it locks.
• You can also take the handle out on one side and tilt as this makes placing and taking the child out easier.

Bottle holder (7)

• A bottle holder is fixed on a hook. To dismantle it, rotate the handle upside down and press it until it unlocks.
• To fix the bottle holder, put it on the hook until it locks.

Canopy (8)

To fold the canopy, pull it gently until it locks.

How to adjust backrest angle

• To lower the backrest, press the button on the back of the seat (9).
• To raise the backrest, press the button on the back of the seat and pull the belt (10).

WARNING: If the child cannot sit on its own, the backrest must be as low as possible so that child can lie, as much as possible.

Safety belts (11) (12) (13)

1. To fasten five-point safety belts, put the tip of upper belts on a left and right, and then insert them into the buckle until you can hear a distinctive click.
2. Adjust the belts to the child.
3. To undo the belts, press the red button on the buckle.

WARNING: Always fasten safety belts.

Safety belts adjustment, assembling and disassembling

• To adjust the safety belts, slide the belts through the openings in the seat that correspond to the child's height.
• To disassemble safety belts, slide the buckle through the opening in the seat. To assemble, put the safety belts back again.

Footrest adjustment

• Raise the footrest to change its position.
• To lower, hold the lever on the bottom (14).

Parking device (15)

If you want to take the child out of the stroller, or put it in, make sure the parking device is locked up. Press to lock the stroller. Lift to unlock it.

Storage basket (16)

Maximum basket load, located under the pram, is 3 kg.

Mosquito net (17) (18) (19)

To attach the mosquito net, unfold the canopy, put the mosquito net on and hook it over the pram frames, as presented in the pictures below.

How to fold up the pram

1. Fold the visor. Slide the button on the handle to the left and squeeze it (20).
2. The trolley frame will fold itself (21).
3. Push the cart down to make sure it is folded in correctly (22).
4. If the truck has not self-secured, secure it with the special fastener (24).

Warning! Whether the stroller secures itself depends on the position of the backrest. In the case of maximum lowered, the safety hook should automatically snap into place (23).

Maintenance and cleaning

1. Daily maintenance:

2. Check the condition of the pram on a regular basis.

3. Do not place heavy items on the pram.

4. Do not use accessories which have not been supplied with original set.

5. How to clean a fabric:

6. Use a wet cloth to remove dust and mild dirt.

7. You can wash the fabric manually with a soft detergent in water of a temperature of up to 30°C.
8. You must not wash the fabric in the washing machine. Do not chlorinate, iron, clean with chemicals and dry in the dryer.

9. Before another use, the fabric must be dry.
