How to pair the mask with my phone?

Press and hold the PLAY/STOP button until the blue light flashes. Turn on your phone's Bluetooth and search for TES253. Select it to pair. A voice will announce 'Bluetooth connected'.

How to charge the mask?

Insert the provided micro USB cable into the mask's charging port, then plug the other end into a 5V USB charger (not included). The red light indicates charging, it turns blue when the battery is full.

How to adjust the earphones to my ears?

The earphones are built into the mask. You can slide them in the provided pocket to position them correctly at ear level. Also adjust the mask's velcro for a comfortable fit.

How to wash the mask?

Before washing, unplug the mask and carefully remove the electronic unit and earphones without pulling on the cables. Hand wash the mask at a maximum of 30°C. Do not use bleach, do not tumble dry, do not dry clean. Iron on low temperature if needed.

How to use the auto-off timer?

In Bluetooth or white noise mode, double-click Vol+ once for 1 hour, twice for 2 hours. Double-click a third time to cancel the timer. The device will turn off automatically at the end of the set time.

How to switch to sleep sounds mode?

Double-click Vol- to switch between Bluetooth mode and the 10 pre-recorded sounds (white noise, fire, jungle, etc.). Each double-click goes to the next sound. The device announces 'Bluetooth mode' or the selected sound.

Can I use the mask while charging?

No, it is not recommended to use the mask while charging. Respect the maximum charging voltage of 5V to avoid damaging the device.

What to do if the mask does not turn on?

Make sure the battery is charged. Plug in the USB cable and check that the red light comes on. If the problem persists, try another cable or charger. If nothing works, contact customer service.

How to answer a call with the mask?

To answer an incoming call, press PLAY/STOP once. To hang up, press again. To reject a call, hold PLAY/STOP for 2 seconds. Double-click to redial the last number.

What is the Bluetooth range of the mask?

The Bluetooth range is approximately 10 meters in open space. Obstacles (walls, etc.) may reduce this range.
