• This appliance is intended for pri- vate domestic use only. It should not be used for commercial pur- poses.

• Do not touch any moving parts of the appliance. Do not attach or remove the parts until the device comes to a complete stop.

• Check if the mains voltage on the rating label corresponds to your local mains supply. The only way to disconnect the appliance from the mains is to pull out the plug.

• For additional protection, this ap- pliance should be connected to a redisual current protection switch with no more than 30 mA. Please contact an electrician for advice.

• Do not immerse the appliance, power cord or power plug in water or in other liquids.

• Always disconnect the power plug after using the appliance, before assembling/ disassem- bling or cleaning the product, if you are leaving the room or if a fault occurs. Do not disconnect the plug by pulling on the cord.

• Do not squeeze or bend the power cord and do not rub in on sharp edges in order to pre- vent any damage. Keep the cord away from hot surfaces and open flames.

• Do not use an extension cord with the appliance.

• Never use the appliance if the power cord or the appliance is damaged.

• Our BEKO Household Appli- ances meet applicable safety standards; if the appliance or power cord is damaged, it must be repaired or replaced by a service centre to avoid any dan- ger. Faulty or unqualified repair work may cause danger and risks to the user.

• Do not dismantle the appliance under any circumstances. No warranty claims are accepted for damage caused by improper handling.

• Always keep the appliance out of the reach of children.

• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental ca- pabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or in- struction concerning utilisation of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the haz- ards involved. • Never use the appliance with damp or wet hands.

• Operate the appliance with sup- plied parts only.

• Always use the appliance on a stable, flat, clean and dry sur- face.

• Make sure that there is no dan- ger that the power cord could be accidentally pulled or that someone could trip over it when the appliance is in use.

• The appliance has to be posi- tioned in such a way that the plug is always accessible.

1.2 Compliance with the WEEE

Directive and Disposing of the Waste Product: This product complies with EU WEEE Directive (2012/19/EU). This product bears a classification symbol for waste electrical and electronic equip- ment (WEEE). This symbol indicates that this product shall not be disposed with other house- hold wastes at the end of its service life. Used device must be returned to offical collection point for recycling of electrical and electronic devices. To find these col- lection systems please contact to your local au- thorities or retailer where the product was pu- chased. Each household performs important role in recovering and recycling of old appliance. Appropriate disposal of used appliance helps pre- vent potential negative consequences for the envi- ronment and human health.

1.3 Compliance with RoHS

Directive The product you have purchased complies with EU RoHS Directive (2011/65/EU). It does not contain harmful and prohibited materials specified in the Directive.

1.4 Package information

Packaging materials of the product are manufactured from recyclable materi- als in accordance with our National Environment Regulations. Do not dis- pose of the packaging materials together with the domestic or other wastes. 1. Remove all packaging and sticker materials and dispose of them according to the applicable legal regulations. 2. Before using the appliance for the first time, clean all parts which come into contact with food (see the “Cleaning and Care” section).3. Before using the appliance, cut the fruits into halves.

The big reamer (2) can be snapped onto the small reamer (3) for serving large fruit.

2.2.1 Hints and tips

• Do not put excessive pressure on the juicing heads: if the motor starts getting louder or the speed of the motor decreases significantly, there is too much pressure being exerted on the head. • After each three minutes pressing, let the motor cool down to room temperature. • Do not touch the juice container during operation. Always hold the lower part of the motor unit when squeezing the fruit. 3 Information

3.1 Cleaning and care
